Living room and master bedroom with air conditioners, two bedrooms with ceiling fans, and an open plan kitchen are at your disposal to enjoy a truly memorable holiday right on south-facing Levante Beach, one of the best beaches in Europe, with calm waters, fine sand and play areas for kids.

As you enter the apartment you will have the nice surprise of having a direct glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea and the Levante Beach. The bright living room greets you with two distinct areas connected to an open-plan kitchen. The living area has a comfortable sofa placed in front of a flat-screen TV. From here you may exit to the terrace and to the Mediterranean breeze. The dining area has a table that can sit four guests on comfortable chairs. The open-plan kitchen has all the modern appliances necessary for a comfortable stay: microwave oven, toaster, water kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. The apartment has three bedrooms. In the master bedroom, you have one double bed, nightstands with lamps, an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds (1.90mx0.90m), a nightstand with a lamp and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds(1.90mx0.90m), a nightstand with a lamp and a ceiling fan. The three bedrooms have access to two family bathrooms both of them having walk-in showers, a sink with a mirror and a toilet.

The apartment is perfectly situated. Very close to the beach but set back from the promenade so offers privacy and is within easy walking distance of supermarkets and the bars of Calle Girona, yet very peaceful.
Apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were checked in / out by George who contacted us on flight arrival, met us at the apartment precisely at the time agreed and remained contactable throughout our stay in case of any query.

We met George within 5 minutes of arrival. Apartment was on the sixth floor very clean very comfortable with everything you need. We had an issue with a blind not working properly and a broken toilet seat this was resolved the very next day. I would recommend this property and would definitely book again.
