Perfect stay

The property was beautiful, clean and in a brilliant location, few minutes to the strip and 10 mins to the beach.

Perfect apartment

The apartment was beautifully and comfortable. The location was perfect and had access to all the local bars and restaurants. We had the choice of two large swimming pools, tennis courts and golf, so something for everyone plus the apartment was very quite. The only downside was there was only air-conditioning in one bedroom so even in Oct it was very hot for sleeping. The owners were lovely and always helpful regarding collecting keys etc

Short break with friends

Good location if you are happy to be in near the strip in Benidorm

We initially experienced several challenges during our stay, including a late check-in fee due to a delayed flight—despite maintaining regular communication with the host—and confusion around key drop-off at the end of our visit, which unfortunately led to us missing our scheduled transfer and incurring extra costs. Additionally, there were a few discrepancies between the listing and the actual amenities. For example, while the apartment does have access to a large pool area, there were no sun loungers available, and the apartment itself does not have a balcony, only a large window. Air conditioning was limited to the living room and one bedroom, and the sofa beds were quite uncomfortable. We also encountered issues with the fan in the second bedroom and were unable to charge a mobility scooter as the garage access was unavailable. That said, we’re pleased to share that the owner has since reached out to us directly, acknowledged the issues we faced, and ensured that we were refunded for the costs incurred. Their follow-up and willingness to rectify the situation were appreciated and have helped restore our confidence in their commitment to guest satisfaction. While our experience had its ups and downs, we’re grateful for the resolution and hope future guests benefit from the improvements made.

Disappointing

Beds were comfortable and location was good

On arrival we was told ac not working properly and would be fixed after we had left. This should of been done prior to our arrival therefore making our stay very uncomfortable. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was broken. The whole of the apartment had not been hoovered or mopped. This was mentioned to the management company who advised me that this would be done while electrician was there to look at fan. Unfortunately floors were not cleaned as promised. Drawers in bedrooms were not cleared out after previous guests who had left rubbish in them.. Pillows were lumpy and need to be replaced. Main bathroom shower door kept jamming then came off runners. Ensuite bathroom rain fall shower attachment not fitted correctly. Water just sprayed ceiling. I am a frequent visitor to Benidorm whether with family or friends and I would not recommend this apartment

It was Self Catering and everything was there. Everything you needed for Self Catering. Close to Entertainment. Shops Supermarket.

Lovely central apartment

The apartment is really well presented and in a great central location for those looking to visit the nightlife. Lots of great places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The few questions we did have were answered by our contact via WhatsApp.

We were unable to get the WiFi to work during our stay which was a bit disappointing. The wind rattled the window shades on the outside of the building which was quite loud, especially at night.

Apartamento reformado, con una cocina muy bien equipada, 2 baños, camas y sofá muy cómodas.

Las colchas de la cama no estaban limpias, el suelo tampoco y había restos en los cajones de estancias pasadas. Las paredes de la habitación también estaban sucias, esos detalles no cuesta nada cuidarlos.

* La atención de la anfitriona: quedamos en vernos a las 14:00, no aparece. Le llamo, no coge. Le indicamos por wasap que nos vamos a comer y estamos de vuelta a las 17:30. Nos dice que el restaurante donde ha dejado las llaves cierra a las 17:00. La llamo. Dificultad para comunicarse en castellano, cambiamos a hablar en inglés. Me indica que las llaves están en el restaurante de al lado del portal y nos da las instrucciones básicas por teléfono (q piso es y entrada al garaje) * Hay una habitación principal sin aire acondicionado. Tiene un ventilador en el techo pero no funciona. Se les comunica a tras la primera noche, nos dicen que intentarán mandar a alguien. No apareció nadie. Fueron días de mucho calor y por la noche se acumulaba mucho calor, no pudiendo dormir * Uno de los sofas cama está roto. La parte rígida de los pies no se sostiene * El mismo sofa-cama previo tenía arena al abrirlo, me imagino que de huespedes previos

La ubicación cerca de la playa y el trato de la persona que contacto con nosotros, nos facilito una segunda plaza de garaje

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y avisamos el primer día, no lo solucionaron. El aparato del aire dentro de la casa y al lado de un sofá cama, imposible dormir ahí. Mampara del baño rota, avisamos el primer día, tampoco se solucionó. Sin cable de antena de TV. Sin extractor de humo en la cocina. No tenía persianas para protegernos del calor. Pone 100 metros de piso y ni de coña llega a 60. Fuimos a descansar y pasamos más calor dentro que fuera, no descansamos.

Świetny apartament

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum i plaży. W pobliżu w odległości krótkiego spaceru wiele knajpek i restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem i piciem. Sam apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, sprzęty i meble praktycznie nowe, łóżka wygodne. Internet i TV chodziły bez zarzutu. Bardzo czysto. W kompleksie dodatkowo do dyspozycji gości korty tenisowe i parking. Jest również basen, ale nam nie udało się skorzystać bo otwarty od maja. Na pewno wrócę tu ponownie.
