needs upgrading, long walk to town, up a big hill to return. showers were hand held over a bath, windows did not close properly and were dirty. it was on the 21st floor and that is only reason for sea view.

Great view over Benidorm from high floor flat. Good space with 2 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds in front room with extra sofa for seating. Very useful to have 2 bathrooms.

Size of the apartment, views and location. Good service from the hosts.

General cleanliness, lots of dust on surfaces. Gaps in lounge windows letting in howling wind and rain. Very dated furniture. Only two mugs for an occupation of four people. Not very well equipped in general.

Good apartment on 21 floor, above the noise of Benidorm. Secure parking was great.

Small areas not cleaned perfectly, but nothing to worry about. Key pick up was a hassle from a remote location (Chinese Restaurant about 0.5 miles away). When I arrived I was asked for 150 Euro cash, as opposed to the credit card deposit agreed previously, as the host has trouble returning deposits to UK credit cards after departure. I refused as I needed an early getaway and could not wait until 1230 for the 'lady to come and after inspection give me the cash back'. Resolved after 45 mins, and we were offered free drinks whilst we waited for host to arrive to sort things out. In the end by no security deposit being left, but a bit of a hassle I didn't need after 7 hour drive.

Lo que nos gustó del alojamiento • La ubicación es conveniente y ofrece unas vistas muy bonitas desde la planta 21. • El apartamento está bien equipado: horno, microondas, frigorífico, lavadora y utensilios básicos de cocina. • Los aires acondicionados funcionaban correctamente, lo cual fue muy útil debido al frío durante nuestra estancia.

Lo que no nos gustó del alojamiento • No fuimos informados con antelación sobre el maratón en la ciudad, lo que hizo imposible acceder al edificio a la hora prevista. • La necesidad de dejar una fianza de 150 euros no estaba indicada en Booking; se comunicó solo por WhatsApp. • El apartamento no estaba suficientemente limpio: había restos de suciedad en el baño, muebles manchados y ropa de cama que no parecía fresca. • El juego de cama para la quinta persona no era del tamaño adecuado. • El agua caliente se terminó muy rápido, permitiendo ducharse solo a una persona. • Los utensilios de cocina estaban muy desgastados y las ollas no tenían tapas. • La relación calidad-precio no correspondía a nuestras expectativas.

Apartamento absolutamente funcional preparado para alojar mucha gente. No es bonito, pero si absolutamente cómodo. Está muy alejado de todo en lo alto de una colina. Pese a ello repetiría

La ubicación es lo único que vale la pena.

El apartamento es grande, pero No nos gustó nada. Sabanas sucias, toallas sucias, aire acondicionado sucio y con perdida de agua Faltaban cucharillas cafe, tazas de desayuno solo habia 2, y no funcionaban los encendedores de la cocina, q es a gas. La mesada estaba pringosa. Cuando vas a un sitio, sea hotel o casa, esperas q huela a limpio, las toallas huelan bien y esten limpias, igual q las sabanas. Pero lamentablemente, aqui nada olia a limpio.

Nefasta experiencia

Aunque el edificio se encuentra en una calle con una cuesta muy pronunciada, su ubicación es buena. Las piscinas también están muy bien.

Cuando hablamos con el dueño para ver si podíamos entrar antes al alojamiento nos comentó que la entrada no podía ser antes de las 4 de la tarde ya que era temporada alta y tenían que limpiar el piso (en las imágenes se puede ver que es evidente que ese apartamento lleva sin limpiarse mucho tiempo). En uno de los baños el desagüe de la bañera estaba obstruido y a parte de no dejar pasar el agua, llegaron a salir hasta hojas por el desagüe (en un grupo de 9 personas se puede entender la molestia que ocasiona el solo disponer de un baño). Cuando le comentamos al dueño este problema nos dijo que mandaría a alguien el sábado, el tramo horario era desde las 12:00 hasta las 18:00h. Como es comprensible nos negamos ya que no podíamos perder 6 horas de ese día cuando nuestra estancia duraba de "viernes" y lo pongo entre comillas porque las 16:00h ya pasan del medio día del viernes, hasta el domingo y teniendo todas las pertenencias de 9 personas no queríamos que entrara nadie sin nuestra supervisión. Este dato lo añado porque en las reclamaciones con el alojamiento, esta persona, encima, alegó a la plataforma que nos negamos a que nos repararan el baño para intentar echarnos la culpa (en vez de tener el alojamiento en buenas condiciones para su arrendamiento). El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal no podía usarse porque goteaba. Uno de los sofá cama del salón (si a eso se le puede llamar así) tenía rota/doblada una pata. Cada vez que se hacía uso de ella teníamos que comprobar que no se partiera. No pudimos hacer uso ni de la cafetera de lo sucio que estaba todo. El espacio no es ni de cerca para 9 personas, ni para nadie con un mínimo de criterio en salubridad. Lo más lamentable de toda esta experiencia es que al finalizar la estancia el dueño quería estafarnos e intentar cobrarnos la fianza por la supuesta rotura del sofá cama.

Por wassap leí algo de una fianza lo que le pregunté al anfitrión y no contestó.. ni en booking ponía nada. .. al recoger las llaves tuve que enviarle 50€ y al llegar al apartamento estaba demasiado anticuado y algo dejado, tanto que temimos que se rompiera algo y no nos devolviera la fianza.. ha sido de las pocas veces que hemos agradecido no alargar la estancia

Las vistas desde el apartamento. Está en la planta 21 de un torre de Benidorm. El mobiliario del salón con mesa y sillas de restaurante chino. Le da un toque muy divertido.
