Great stay, with cone back again!!

Really great room with everything we needed, very comfy and stylish with a lovely patio area, close to shops, bars and supermarkets with a short walk into the centre of Benidorm.

The room could have been cleaner in not so obvious areas (behind the door was dirty and under the bedside tables), if I’m being picky but the bed and shower were really clean (great shower!). The walls are quite thin too so you could hear next doors coffee machine and conversations.

I ll go back there again

The bar area is clean comfortable and reasonbly priced. the pool also, although a little cold is clean and well tended. The mobile home/static caravan was well stocked and the little extra's such as dish cleaning equipment was very welcome

Even though we don't stay in and watch tv, the reception could be better. Only some of the residents there are a little noisy late into the night but not overly noisy.

Not a bad place at all. Quiet and relaxing, although for kids there are better places around.

Quiet and well kept. Apparently only over 55’s can buy there. Only 3 mins walk from Aldi and a 15 - 20 minute stroll to Benidorm strip.

Nothing major, but the bar only had one beer on draft. Entertainment for kids could have been better, but it was adequate.

I paid 100 euros as my deposit for room and when I checked out, I was told the money had been refunded to my account. I found this a bit strange as I wasn't aware i had given you my credit card at any time - I paid the deposit in cash. i still haven't been refunded my deposit and I will email you on this shortly. Otherwise the acomodation was superb thank you.

Short week for an older couple looking for property , comfortable , clean , lovely pool . Would book again in the future

It was a perfect location, very clean and everyone was friendly.

The owner needs to provide more pool loungers as there was not enough for the size of the camp. The restaurant needs to revamp the menu .

Great stay

Quiet and in a good location not too far from new town or old town. The bungalows got really warm but the air conditioning was great. Clean and comfortable to stay in.

No kettle, toaster or cooker, just hob and microwave, would be a lot better if there was entertainment for the children on an evening as everything shuts at half 9

The location was great close enough to Benidorm but still quiet. The studio was clean and quiet with its own outside space. Good wifi, the site was clean and quiet. Everyone was friendly. The bar and swimming pool area was great

Exceptional This site is absolutely amazing – it offers everything you could want. It’s peaceful, quiet, and has a great atmosphere. From the staff to fellow holidaymakers, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The place is very clean, friendly, and conveniently located close to other amenities. I’ll definitely be coming back – the reception team, and everyone else were fantastic. The food was incredible, the pool was fantastic, and the whole site exceeded expectations. Everything about it was just amazing! What we didn’t like: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Perfect home away from home.

I absolutely loved my stay in the studio apartments that I booked an extra couple of night stays. The studio has everything you want when you are a solo person or even a couple. Spacious bathroom, lovely shower, wardrobe, tv, fridge, coffee machine it’s just perfect.

Definitely Recommend

I loved how modern it was. The fridge had several soft drinks and water ready for me, which I wasn't expecting, but bonus points for that. Camp Security seemed great. Hair dryer in the room. Very clean and liked the seating area outside my room.

One downside, and this may just be my preference, but I found the bed to be a little too hard. Woke up with a few dead arms and shoulders. I'd also say the coffee and tea facilities were great, but tiny paper cups are awful, so I wasn't able to use it.

Reception staff! Given incorrect details about pick up when I asked for confirmation. Luckily I got a further e mail from the shuttle firm. Your staff also contradicted each other on when I could get my deposit back and procedure to get it.
