The property was in a good location and good value for money fully equipped with everything we needed for a week self catering

The fact that we had to travel 3km to pick up keys from office to enter property at 10pm was an inconvenience. We had to leave family stood outside with suitcases while we travelled to collect keys from the office address. The property is in a gated area a safe box on the wall of the building inside the coded gate area would make this a lot more convenient for travellers arriving on a later flight . Also one sun lounger in a 3 bedroom apartment wasn’t enough there were plenty of chairs just only one lounger more would be better

Loved the holiday home as it had everything you needed right there, it might be just our personal taste but felt it could be updated a little in certain areas We booked & collected the keys from Interhome office in Benidorm, the staff were very professional & helpful as we had a few issues after arrival and these issues were dealt with straight away. Location was good as it was in walking distance into main busy areas, was fine walking down but holiday home was located up a hill which wouldn't be suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues but it certainly didn't spoil our stay. We would definitely return...loved it!

There isn't really anything negative to say other that maybe it could be arranged for someone to meet with keys on arrival & also maybe a little welcome pack explaining how to work certain things i.e. Air Con, induction hob & oven.

Pool area dusty and bird poop everywhere! Downstairs and upstairs bathrooms smelled of filthy drains! Barking dogs from houses nearby, long walk up hill, old worn out cushions for chairs in garden, glass garden table why! Place inside villa under beds and around bathroom floors not cleaned properly
