Apartment is very good standard and the view is stunning.
But the apartment is a 20 minute walk up hill from the shops & bar.
The location is only suitable if you are very fit or paying for a taxi everytime you want to go out.

The view over Benidorm was amazing from the 37 Floor. It is a very quite and peaceful location.
The building staff are all very helpful and friendly.
The lady who looks after the apartment and checks you is extremely nice.
The double bed base needs replaced it makes a noise with the slightest movement , the sofa bed is not comfortable to sit on and is very small. The shower room is tiny and when you turn in the shower you hit the tap and get scalded ,also it leaks on the floor.
The apartment get's very dusty and requires a vacuum, not just a brush. Also a lack of cleaning clothes and duster's.
