Everything about this apartment was perfect. Very clean and tidy, very comfy beds, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is large and the views across the city, the sea and the mountains are stunning. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and kind.

Great views of Benidorm having 2 bathrooms
I found single beds were too firm for me , maybe host could have mattress topper available for future guests .

The view over Benidorm was amazing from the 37 Floor. It is a very quite and peaceful location.
The building staff are all very helpful and friendly.
The lady who looks after the apartment and checks you is extremely nice.
The double bed base needs replaced it makes a noise with the slightest movement , the sofa bed is not comfortable to sit on and is very small. The shower room is tiny and when you turn in the shower you hit the tap and get scalded ,also it leaks on the floor.
The apartment get's very dusty and requires a vacuum, not just a brush. Also a lack of cleaning clothes and duster's.
