Great location and easy to access.

Apartment 13C - shower did not drain properly so had to constantly turn the shower off and on during our showers to let it drain, so for 5 people this made the process of showering a lot longer. We also found ants on the floor in the twin room & sun room Saturday & Sunday. We requested some ant spray mid afternoon the Sunday and that was delivered on the Monday morning. Quite loud from other guests on our floor. Apartment 10A - I didn’t personally stay in this one, but it was reported by our group that there was a bad drainage smell whenever the toilet was flushed. General cleanliness was ok but could’ve been better. Could’ve provided more toilet rolls, we only had 1 roll in 13C so had to buy more.

Parking nightmare. No notification on website if you have a large car (Range Rover Velor) you will not be able to get up the ramps between the floors. The price included parking but was told it’s not their fault I have a big car and I must park on the roadside. The main reason for my choice was parking available as Benidorm is difficult to park roadside. This should be notified on the website. No refund was offered. Parking cost €23.74 me for parking nearby.😡
