Location 10/10!!

Such an amazing apartment, the location was fantastic right on the beach, close to shops and bars. Waking up to those views each morning was a dream! Very Clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay.

The only thing I can say negative about our stay is that the balcony railing isn't very secure!

We all had a great time and would stay again. Great location and clean

Location location location. Many hours spent sat on the balcony looking across the promenade. Kitchen well stocked with equipment and utensils and large fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of room for our group of 5 and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Regular communication and quick replies to questions before arrival.

Balcony rail seemed unsafe and balcony chairs certainly need updating. Air conditioning would be great as smaller bedrooms get very hot and stuffy but there are fans available. As previous comments all say it does need a bit of TLC but this is obviously reflected in the price which was unquestionably a bargain for the location

Cracking apartment

Super impressed with the apartment, it was a perfect for our group of 7 friends enjoying a night in Benidorm. We all had lots of space and the apartment was very clean with everything you’d need. The owner of the apartment was really helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed sipping a glass of wine on the large balcony whilst watching the sunset and hustle and bustle below. Really good place to explore the older and newer parts of Benidorm.

No real complaints, it obviously an older building and there’s no hiding that. But the apartment itself is clean, tidy and presentable. I would say the balcony railing seemed a little loose, but not unsafe.

Absolutely fab and would definitely stay again.

It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Great size living and balcony area for the 8 of us. The only downside was the double bedroom off the kitchen lacked drawers. Apart from that no complaints.

The lack of storage in one of the bedrooms but there was plenty in other rooms.

Beautiful views, perfect location, lovely spacious apartment

Perfect location being super central and so close to the beach, the views are incredible and the apartment layout is perfect so that us as three couples all had our own area and own bathrooms too. The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of space and nicely decorated too. Could sit on the balcony and watch the views all day long! We were even given early check in/later check out and being able to keep luggage there for longer which was really handy. Would definitely come stay again in the future!

Only downside to the apartment was that the balcony railing seemed very wobbly and unsafe but we just kept away from the edge or from touching the railing.

Los muebles muy viejos, no tiene calefacción son radiadores eléctricos, la barandilla de la terraza estaba casi suelta y es un peligro, la puerta de la terraza estaba descuadrads y entraba frío y con el aire el toldo se movía muchísimo y hacía mucho ruido.
