Perfect for a Lads’ Trip, with a Few Practical Frustrations

The hotel was ideal for a Benidorm trip with a group of lads. The rooms were well set up for a group, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the in-room facilities were great and worked well, which made the whole trip easy and hassle-free. It suited the purpose perfectly and was a solid base for a lively group holiday.

The main downsides were that there was only one key between the four of us, which was pretty inconvenient, and the person we dealt with couldn’t speak a word of English, making communication more difficult than it needed to be.

Nice size apartment with air conditioning just very basic facilities, needs to be redecorated.

It was a self catering apartment but i didn't use the kitchen facilities.it had a pool view.

I booked this accomodation because it was a good size and in the details said it has a large bed but this was not the case it was two beds pushed together so am disappointed but it was quite comfortable. The condition of the bathroom was bad and had mould stains on part of the ceiling, this is probably due to v bad ventilation, just a tiny window and no extraction. The shower head was very bad and I couldn't unlock the small safe as there was no instructions how to use it but there was no problem as I hid my valuables elsewhere in the apartment.

The location was good, 10 mins from central Benidorm. It was also easy to get the keys with good communication throughout the stay from the host

An Honest Review.

The location is a short walk from the strip, the apartment has air conditioning which keeps the room very cool.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I felt I had to for this… Due to our flights arriving late, we had to pay a €30 charge to check in late. We thought this was a bit cheeky, as it’s not the fault of the customer that there is no reception. We had to pay a €200 deposit in cash on arrival, would be a lot better if it was on card as nobody wants to have €200 to take home with them. There are no sunbeds by the pool so you either lay on a tiled floor or don’t use the facility at all. There is no hairdryer at the property. We found a few cockroaches in the corridors and in our room, we don’t really mind bugs but can see that this would really bother some people. The biggest issue we had came when we checked out and it came to returning the deposit. We checked out early, so the host offered to transfer the money back to me via bank transfer instead of meeting us to return the deposit in cash early that morning. I happily accepted this as I didn’t really want to take cash in Euros home with me. I sent the host my bank details straight away and thought nothing of it. After over a week since I had left and no deposit received, I chased up to which I was met with “I had a problem at the bank, tomorrow it will be resolved.” Nothing was received the next day. I chased this up every week, to which i got excuse after excuse. I messaged both the business account on booking.com and an employee on WhatsApp over 50 times over an 8week period, and I was met with excuse after excuse as to why I had not received the deposit yet. Thankfully, after the 8weeks the deposit was returned. However I wasted so much time chasing up something that should’ve been done the minute it was clear the room was left with no damages. I would avoid this place if you don’t want the risk of unnecessary hassle getting back the deposit.

Amazing value, clean and comfortable!

Amazing location, great pool with a bar/ restaurant next to it who were very accommodating for large groups. Apartments were really clean and comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and made the process smooth, especially as we were all arriving separately. The apartments also felt really safe and secure. Could not recommend this place enough, especially for the price!

Didn’t have enough toilet tissue for the 5 days we were there however after contacting the host this was sorted really quickly so can’t complain!

Location was in a decent spot. Rooms were clean plenty of room for the four of us a pool was decent.

Door was a pain to get in at times and no we had nowhere to hang our wet clothes other than that can’t complain.

Property was clean

No sun loungers, rude staff no one turned up to check us out after multiple communication saying they were on their way, requested 200€ cash on arrival as deposit was there to collect that. Was promised as they couldn’t make it deposit would be transferred back which it hasn’t calls and texts being ignored. Avoid this property like the plague unless you want robbing blind

It’s was nice and modern. But we had problems with the sink and shower been blocked. I reported it and they said there would sort it out and never. Apart from that was fine. Sofa bed in front room is very uncomfy.

The location of the apartment was fairly close to the centre and the price was good. The apartment was quite spacious with plenty of appliances to use. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Nice secure compound.

The option to pay the €200 deposit on card would be so much better than paying cash, nobody wants to go home with a sum of money. The option to store a key somewhere whilst away from the apartment would be ideal, especially in Benidorm when it's quite likely to lose a key. The area around the apartment can be quite edgy on a night.

Bad experience

The apartment didnt have nothing so be prepared to get everything from home no soap for dishes, no hair dryer, they don’t change the sheets only if you pay extra , the place smelled like mold from rooms , douche was broken and inside the bathrom was even more terrible smell we couldnt sleep from that , the owner was rude she leaved us to wait 15 minutes even when we said what time we come and not asked if is everything okay not friendly at all . we do not recommend this place its not worth any penny .

Cheap and cheerful, yet missing things

The modern setting and space, bar on ground floor, someone came to give us our keys at night due to late flights.

Kettle didnt work, you have to pay for wifi and sun loungers so we didn't use the pool, no lamps so you have to sit with the main light on in the bedrooms, no paintings or decorations the apartment had no vibe just quiet empty, pillows weren't that comfortable. Not much of a view abd no balcony to sit on but you get what you pay for i guess.

Apartment is exactly like the pictures! Don't be put off with old reviews They have all been updated! Staff nice and helpful in the bar. Pool warm and clean. Apartment had everything you need and only a 15 min walk to the town (€6 taxi back in the evening)

Painful

The beds were very dirty me and my friend have came home and had to go straight to the doctors due to the dirty mattress and had to get a course of antibiotics due to the bed bug bites all over our inner thighs and bum. They didn’t provide clean towels or clean bed sheets, we only wanted somewhere to rest our heads due to us being a young group of girls but we still couldn’t do that with the place being riddled in infections. I won’t be returning.

Clean and modern, comfortable beds, aircon included, no kettle but pan and hob available and mugs, little kitchen. Not too noisy at night. Nice big pool.small bar down stairs. Lifts both worked ok. Good shower.

Lady who gives you keys rude, obnoxious, no people skills what so ever. No cleaners or fresh linen for a week, balcony had canopy down and couldn't get back up which meant no sunlight. No sunbeds x we did buy one and a lady gave us one, which we have left in the apartment for anyone to use and last but not least shaddy workmanship on apartment (bathroom door did not close, shower door didn't close, water heater hanging off walls. Well, i could go on for ever!!@
