Super nice apartment with unique panorama view from the exclusive terrace on the 27th floor. Enjoy the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea and the city lights at evening and night time.

Entrance hall, nice kitchen with full amenities and all in domestic appliances, open plan living room with terrace access. Sunbeds, dining table and furniture on the terrace, the perfect place to enjoy sun during the day or a delightful dinner at sunset.
The bedroom is with 2 single beds set together, wardrobes, reading lamps... bathroom with shower tray easy to access and a utility room with washing machine.
There is a 38' flat TV with international channels in the living room, air conditioning and FREE optic fiber WIFI.
Private underground parking. High speed elevator.
Indoor (not heated October - May) and outdoor swimming pools (June - September), sunbathing area, tennis and padel courts. Kids will enjoy at playground and their own pool.

Word of warning/advice: our stay was early May and we never contemplated how 'nippy' the breeze/wind could be when on the 27th floor. Tremendous view over Benidorm and out to sea. Actual sun on Balcony was limited due to 'overhang' above and this will, as the summer advances, become ever more limited. One annoyance (and this is I believe endemic to certain high rise apartments) was an at times overpowering odour that seemed to originate in the Shower room Plumbing and which despite our best attempts at ventilating and the use of perfumed chemicals lasted through most of our stay.
