Perfect apartment in the heart of everything. Definitely will book a third time.

The property is perfect for a group of friends and close to everything.

Loved the property, but don’t buy groceries from the shops across the road as they double the price. Use big shops like consum or ma y mas.

Spacious, great location

All showers flood unless put on a low setting. One sink was blocked. Key box was difficult to find from the photograph sent. Unable to open key box but a cleaner helped and give us a different key

Excellent location

Excellent location – just a 2-minute walk from both the beach and the main strip, making it perfect for easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants while still being tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unpack properly. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a great base to explore the area.

It's really a great spot.

The apartment was a lot bigger than in the photos. The location is perfect with everything in close distance. The apartment was very clean with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 1 shower in one of the bedrooms. The cleaning lady was also very friendly.

There was no coffee for the coffee machine unlike one of the photos. It would have been great to have shower gel. One of the neighbours was very unfriendly when we arrived.

Brilliant, clean apartment - perfect for group/families to stay.

The apartment was really clean and spacious. As this is a residential building it had the addition of a gate which made us feel really safe. The location was perfect - very close to the beach and bars/strip but far enough away to have peace when sleeping. The sofa and beds were comfy, it was a lovely home from home! It was nicely decorated and had everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher! I forgot to take pictures of all the rooms but I’ve included what the third bedroom with bunk beds looks like as this was something I was interested in prior to our visit.

Couple of points but not something which would stop me booking again as we really enjoyed our stay! There wasn’t enough toilet paper for a 3 night stay so we had to buy more. We also noticed that one of the showers didn’t drain very well and so it meant the bath mat was really wet each time. The apartment had amazing blackout shutters but in one of the bedrooms it has a 3rd little shower with a window which let all the light in (most people wouldn’t be bothered by this but I like totally darkness to sleep).

Disappointing

Location was excellent

The apartment had not been cleaned when we got there. One shower didn’t work at all and the other two were either red hot or cold. Barely usable. They advertised air con but only one unit in the lounge and none in the bedrooms. No Wi-Fi. The owner did come out within 30 minutes to clean the place.

Location great for evenings out and the beach Spacious apartment.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean. There were no towels and we had to contact the owner and she said they were in the dryer. The towels smelt and were damp. The showers were awful completely cold and no light in the bathroom so we had to buy candles to have a shower. Contacted the owner by text and no response. Let's of things left in the apartment as hasn't been cleaned properly 2 blue pills in the bedside drawer! No ladders on bunk beds. Toilet seat broke in the toilet. Absoulte disgrace to be letting this apartment out for the money. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Never staying there again, was appalling not fit for purpose and certainly over priced for what was provided.

kitchen was a good size

wasn’t fit for purpose. only 3 cups to have coffee for a group of 8.had to buy more cups. there was a dirty shringe in the fridge, dirty fridge and washing in the washer not sure if it was dirty or clean. Bunk beds not fit for purpose, no ladders to climb up to the top and they were so wobbly, they weren’t safe to sleep on when asked the owner she said use a chair to climb up! had to sleep on the mattress from the top bunks on the floor on the living area. The concierge was really rude she kept saying no understand and I not clean so no way of explaining the issues to her!! Showers were hit & miss freezing one minute and scolding the next.

Great location and nice to have a balcony!

The butane canister was empty so no hot water however once it was changed over the showers were hot. Little bit of rust on the showers but that didn't bother us.

Location and size is great.

I stayed at the apartment 2 years ago in 2019 and back then the showers were awful. 1 is broken and cannot be hung up. All are VERY temperamental and go from freezing cold to scorching hot (and I mean could burn you) within seconds, plus for an apartment that can cater for 8, only 1 of you will get a half decent shower. I know we have had Covid, but the apartment felt dusty (especially the terrace) and one room had the extra guest of a dead, crispy cockroach. Really annoying (but can be classed as minor issues): broken corkscrew, only 2 wine glasses and no cups or mugs for hot drinks. I think the linen needs updating too, along with the rusty middy shower heads!

La situation géographique de l'appartement, proche de la mer, accessible à pied, et dans la ville. Une fois garé pas besoin de reprendre la voiture tout peut être fait à pied. La superficie de l'appartement top pour nous, nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants, et chacun avait son espace, et 2 SDB et une douche dans une chambre c'était top pour éviter les files d'attentes devant les SDB. C'est appréciable. Appartement dans une résidence calme et propre,les voisins sont charmants. Je recommande pour les familles 😉

Perfecto para unos días de vacaciones

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Benidorm. Tres dormitorios exteriores, dos de ellos muy espaciosos, con colchones cómodos. Perfecto para 6 o 7 personas. A dos minutos de la playa. Lo recomendaría sin duda.
