Electricity tripped numerous times, especially throughout the night. This also tripped the WIFI which the other apartments used. We did then experience some unhappy residents as they believed we had unplugged the WIFI box.

No lift for 3 days on third floor Messaged staff no reply don't care Like a fish bowl you are overlooked by a 100 balconies from hotel opposite Building site stepping over mops and rubbish on 3 flights of stairs Toilet flush in ensuite broken Sink plunger in main bathroom broken Shower doors in main bathroom don't even close properly Broken tiles by Patio doors Signs in hallway saying fined if you leave rubbish the staff did every day leave plastic sacks and boxes and broom on stairs Staff contacted got told it's a renovation like most places lol Over priced far nicer places at a lower price Awful service

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property the host was amazing with us and very friendly. He did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Could not recommend this apartment and host enough. Great location , beautiful balcony looking over the high street with a sea view.

Enjoyable and very good location but disappointed but let down a little with the apartment issues.

Perfect Location

The room wasn’t what we were expecting Shower in the main bathroom was broken. Shower door broken dangerous and still not fixed after reporting the fault. Blocked smelly drain and dirty which resulted in the main bathroom flooded so we had to use the en suite bathroom. With 5 people this was not ideal. No batteries working in the remote control WiFi problems and not being notified of the new WiFi connection until reported Air con unit not working properly In the living area Lack of mirrors to get ready - none in one of the bedrooms

Location

Upon arrival the room had an unpleasant smell and when I went to shower it started to fall apart. The toilet flush would continue to break and wasn’t fully functioning for the whole duration of my stay. Wi-Fi was also not working until the second to last day.

Location is fab! Clean and well presented

Kitchen extremely small for an apartment that sleeps 7. And only a very small bin and one bin bag for a 5 day stay, bit disappointing. The bathroom closest to the bedroom doors were off the rails and no seal so you had to lift door to move which is not ideal. Bathroom needs maintenance upgrade. Bedroom at entrance door does not have proper closing sliding doors they kept coming off rails also and very noisy as doors didn’t close fully. I think this room was an add on after the fact to have more bedrooms.

Great accommodation and I wouldn’t think twice about rebooking.

The property was clean and modern, a two minute walk to the old town, 30 seconds to the beach and a great location. Easy access and the hosts were easily contactable.

Only issue was the main shower flooding the bathroom. The water couldn’t drain quick enough which led to it seeping into the bathroom.

Fantastic location, beachfront on the edge of old town. Comfy beds, easy check in etc Great to enjoy a drink or 2 on the balcony both morning and night. Walking distance from the Alsa bus drop off point about 20 minutes amble away (approx €8 each way)

Not a deal breaker but could have done with a mirror in the bedroom with sliding doors. A kettle would be useful for making hot drinks not in the coffee machine rather than boiling a pan but not a show stopper.

Good location and property clean and tidy plenty of space inside.

No plug for sink to wash dishes and only 1 bowl present for breakfast. The double bed was in the smallest room. Property wasn’t the easiest to find in first instance. It is between a small shop and a cafe / bar.

Great location! Apartment was clean and had great facilities. We got a code to get in the main door and then the apartment door and then someone was there to meet us for early check in! We didn't hear any other people in or around the apartment despite it being very busy! Would definitely book a sea view - the view was amazing!

Location is very near the beach, shops, restaurants, bars. Nice balcony space with side seaview. Soundproof patio doors. Beds very comfortable.

For an apartment that could sleep 7/8, 1 bathroom is not ideal. Single person lift/elevator not ideal for accessing 3rd & 4th floor apartments. Living space too small for 7/8 people if spending lots of time inside.

Great location for the Old Town, super clean big balcony.

Very clean and quiet but in high season I suspect it could get quite noisy depending on neighbours. Comfy beds, safe n the room, all the cutlery you could ask for - microwave oven and a kettle. Coffee maker but you get out and buy your own coffee for it which is understandable really. Would cost a fortune for the owner otherwise - I’d be doing the same thing! Apartment has a side sea view - you can see the sea but not much of it it’s on a side street - we knew that before travelling - and our place was towards the back end of that street but it was still pleasant. Location is good for the old town which is where we wanted to be - if you want to be closer to the carnage of the Strip it’s a fair walk to get to that - 20 min walk - but we didn’t want to be anywhere near that. Balcony is big enough to walk around in with a large table a chairs which was good. Access to the building was easy. With a key or access panel with code. Room access is via key only. All easy to deal with. Very close to amenities - bars outside the door - places to eat - loads of them. And small shops. There is a large supermarket down the road it’s a good 20 mins walk though. We spent most of our time beyond the old town where the locals live / that area looks much nicer than where the Brits are on levante. And better looked after. A really good vibe and more relaxed with good people. Gracias. Overall a really good base to stay for a few days. Last but not least, easy communication with the owners who were pleasant and helpful. I want to thank you for that.

We went in early September when the Pride festival was on at the same time - we didn’t know it was on but it made Benidorm much more lively. However at busy times on the apartment balcony you’re going to get zero privacy - we are literally directly opposite around 60 rooms and balconies in another hotel - didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some. Building separation is about 10 meters. Rooms in each building a bit farther separated. That’s not under the control of the owner. I don’t really have any substantive complaints about the apartment. Would definitely stay again it was fantastic.

Brilliant family stay in sunny Benidorm

Beautiful apartment and location was amazing. Keyless front door made check in super easy and smooth especially as we arrived very late. They messaged us the day before with entry codes. Modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. We had 6 adults in the 3 bedroom superior and we all loved it

The only thing that was disappointing was the safe would not work. But we didn’t message for assistance and we made do without it fine.

Girls work trip May 2025

Lovely spacious apartment. Four of us stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment, on the 3rd floor so plenty of room. 3 people stayed in the other 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. 1 ensuite double bedroom, Double bedroom, twin room, bathroom. The kitchenette had most utensils to allow you to cook a full meal. Quiet area, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and Tapas Alley. Small convenience store next door, supermarket 5 minutes' walk away.

Didn't get sent the codes to the front door & apartment, until we arrived. I initially had no Internet on my phone, so we were locked in the street, unable to access. After a few phone calls, all sorted 😁 No other problems to report.
