POSITIVES Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie z dwoma sypialniami i dwoma łazienkami na 25tym piętrze z dużym tarasem. Mieszkanie jest przygotowane dla wynajmujących w bardzo dobrym standardzie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Pralka, suszarka bębnowa. Wszędzie czysto. Jest super. Absolutnie wspaniałym elementem mieszkania jest bardzo duży taras z widokiem na morze. Taras jest super wyposażony w meble (kanapy, leżaki, stół) i spędzanie czasu na nim jest prawdziwą przyjemnością. Mieszkanie jest dwustronne, co sprawia, że przy otwartych oknach na obie strony mieszkanie jest w naturalny sposób chłodzone przez morską bryzę. W mieszkaniu jest też klimatyzacja, z której sporadycznie korzystaliśmy, ale przez większość czasu, ten lekki wietrzyk przepływający przez mieszkanie był bardzo przyjemny i w większości wystarczający. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się basen, który również jest w bardzo dobrym standardzie. Jest bardzo czysto i są aktywni, zaangażowani ratownicy, co jest szczególnie ważne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na terenie basenu jest mini-bar z przekąskami. Z obiektu jest bardzo fajne bezpośrednie przejście na plażę. Jest taka winda w stronę nabrzeża, idzie się potem kilka minut w strone plaży. Razem cało przejście zajmuje może 10 min max, więc ogólnie plaża (piaszczysta, niezbyt zatłoczona) jest bardzo blisko z dobrym dojściem. Do centralnej części miasteczka można dojść ok 20 minut wzdłuż plaży. Ok 10 min od kompleksu jest też niewielki sklep typu żabka (diaprix). Kontakt z opiekunami apartamentu był bardzo dobry.

NEGATIVES Apartament jest w wysokim budynku, który jest elementem nowo budowanej dzielnicy Benidorm. Po pierwsze, nie każdy lubi takie wysokościowe klimaty. Nam one pasowały, no ale może to nie jest dla każdego. Ale są też inne konsekwencje. Dookoła wciąż trwa budowa, buduje się kilka innych budynków, więc są też hałasy budowy. Nam jakoś to mocno nie przeszkadzało, ale jest to realny minus. Inna sprawa jest taka, że myślę, że skorzystaliśmy na tym, ze cała ta dzielnica jest jeszcze nieskończona. Jak te budynki powstaną to chyba jednak będzie tam więcej ludzi, więcej recznikow na plaży i tak dalej. Na ten moment było dość luźno i to było bardzo przyjemne.

It is rare to find a place that looks even better in real life than in the photos, but this is definitely one of them. We spent 10 wonderful days here and felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, elegant, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The sea view is simply breathtaking. Every morning began with the sound of the waves, and every evening ended with unforgettable sunsets enjoyed from the terrace. The facilities are outstanding: the infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, cinema room, and tennis court provide everything you could wish for in a perfect holiday. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, tranquility, security, and attention to detail throughout the property. The location is excellent—close enough to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, yet far enough from the busy tourist areas to provide true relaxation. The hosts were extremely friendly and professional, and communication was fast and efficient throughout our stay. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, and we would not hesitate to return.

Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like was that our holiday ended too soon. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about either the property or the hosts.

Los apartamentos estaban muy limpios, eran muy modernos y las camas muy cómodas, Además de ser muy amplios y las terrazas con vistas nos encantaron. El acceso a los mismos también muy fácil y muy buena comunicación con los administradores.

Que pusieran solo dos mini botes de gel para 5 personas y 3 noches. No sabíamos muy bien cómo acceder a los apartamentos desde el garaje.
