Waves apartment - relax in Costa Blanca

The apartment was beautiful and had loads of comfortable seating areas The bar in the complex was lovely and makes amazing cocktails

Clean nice size good facilities

Communication, I had to call a number to get instructions and the lady was rude, messages were blunt. Very loud people next door partying, WiFi code on brochures incorrect, parking needs explaining when booking, no tv Netflix was not included

Beautiful complex and great facilities, very close to old town seafront but on the edge & set back so more peaceful and very quiet at night. Apartment was very spacious, modern and well equipped with exceptional balcony and veiw of the sea and complex. Very clean except very dusty under the beds & no duvets in twin room so my children were cold. Heated pool, sauna and hot tubs were great although open / closing time a little difficult to establish, a little complicated with all the codes etc but we managed, couldn't get the pedestrian gate code to work at all so either used key or for someone else to open it!

A few small things let the place down which is a shame, the towels were a mixture of different colours, old crispy & in need of replacing, the lack of a welcome book with how things worked & facilitie opening times made life a little difficult & we barely had any hot water during our stay which is my main complaint. A few tea/ coffee sachets & maybe some milk would have been a nice touch too, not really the sort of thing you buy for 2 nights & inexpensive in relation to the room price, instead we had half a large bag of salt? Double bed is a little hard but that is just my personal preference & the sofa is far too small for 4 people.

Stayed in the same block before but a different apartment good location nice pool and bar.

A bit tatty around the edges not as good as the one we had last year well used , internet was of one day then water was totally of another! The towels were old and thin and furniture worn , torn sofas on balcony and lots of Ants I had to deal with .
