Nice apartment, poor customer service

The apartment was almost brand new. Good location, near the beach. Nice pool area. View to south and sunny balcony. 2 separate bathrooms.

Coming to apartment was a disaster. We made an appointment that somebody would be there when we arrive. During our flight they had sent me email that nobody was coming to meet us. We were given poor instructions how to find the key and apartment. Instructions were misleading and we had to ask other people advice. We did spend 90 minutes finding the apartment. The information of the apartment are misleading. Pictures are taken of a bigger apartment and with good views to the beach. In real life apartment is in level 3 with worse views. In advertisement is been told that apartment is 101 square meters, but in real life I measured it to be less than 70 squeare. Neighbours left, right and above were eastern Europe war refugees. They were noisy up to 2am talking in terraces. The customer service was next to nothing. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

Amazing apartment. Could'nt believe the exceptional high quality fixings, furniture, swimming pools and the best bit, the large balcony with amazing sea views. Small walk to some nice bars, restaurants and beach. Will be booking to come back. Thankyou

Séjour parfait

Tout est parfait. Grande piscine, la plage en face, appartement très bien, propre et calme pour passer de bonnes nuits. La ville a environ 10 à 15min à pied. Mais il y a des commerces des restaurants surtout igusto que nous aimons bien à côté de l appart.

Juste il manquerait juste un aspirateur plutôt que le balai pour les longs cheveux et le sable de la plage mais bon pour nous c est juste une idée pour améliorer.

Très bel appartement. Très bien situé vue incroyable sur la plage piscine, rien à dire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Fint, flott balkong med gode møbler. Fin leilighet, fine bad, gode senger. Flott basseng, bar, solsenger, baner til sportslige aktiviteter. Kort vei til Strand.

Отличный комплекс вблизи моря

Отличный жилой комплекс, в котором мы не впервые. Близко к пляжу , магазинам и множеству ресторанчиков. Есть бассейны с баром, фитнес-зал и отличный паркинг. Территория ЖК закрыта, охраняется.

На террасе было много пыли, находиться там было не комфортно. Так получилось, что приехали мы поздно ночью, не смогли заехать в супермаркет и было бы неплохо, чтобы на кухне , где стоит кофеварка, была бы хотя бы одна капсула с кофе на утро и пакетик чая. Про бутылочку воды и не мечтаю. Так как снимала другие аппартаменты в этом комплексе, знаю, что бывает по другому. И очень навязчивый менеджмент у компании, просто забросали сообщениями и письмами накануне и в день заезда. Сообщения дублировались от разных менеджеров, а отвечать на них, находясь за рулем 10 часов, очень неудобно. А тон общения Renzo вообще удивительно не клиентоориентированный. Павлу спасибо за такт и дружелюбное общение.
