My dog nearly died and no one blinked an eye!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Nothing.

This accommodation is horrendous! MY DOG HAS BEEN IN AND OUT THE ICU FOR 10 days because of the construction dust that kept coming into the appartment SHE NEARLY DIED BECAUSE OF IT!!! (And I have all the pictures and bills to proof it!!), covering the balcony floors and furniture and even the furniture inside. She got a throat and lung infection, so severe that she needed oxygen treatment with medicines sometimes 2 TIMES A DAY. Everyday for 11 days almost ive been in the hospital with her!!!! They take zero accountability, not even a heartfelt message or a phone call to check up on us. I even left the appartment before my booking ended because I didn’t want to stay there a second longer!!! I needed to extend my trip here by another week because she is still too sick to drive home to the Netherlands!!!! And so miss work unexpected for at least 9 days longer with the drive back, rent my car longer and keep paying for sunset sailor on top of the new appartment because they refuse to even give 50% of the money back! We arrived and the utensils were super dirty. The toilet kept running with water and the bedroom doors didn’t close. Didn’t even gave us the option to send an extra cleaner, but only the sentence “If it’s such a problem, we can send someone over with new utensils”, after paying for a cleaning fee I should have made them do that tbh but it was 4 or 5 days later and obviously I had cleaned the appartment fully by that time myself, and needed to repeat that everyday because the orange construction dust was covering everything!! When I mopped the floor the water was black, making me wonder when they actually did that last. The construction noises start at around 8 am and end around 9pm. But don’t think you’ll get some rest after 9pm because the neighbours like to drink and listen to rave music untill about 4 am in the morning.

Geweldig :)

Het appartement was nieuw. Volgens mij waren wij de eerste gebruikers na de verbouwing. Het appartement heeft alle benodigdheden die je nodig hebt. Uitzicht op de zee is prachtig! De ligging is perfect. Zeer korte loop afstand naar het strand, restaurantjes en supermarkten. Het zwembad is leuk en schoon. De kinderen hebben ook enorm genoten. Wij zullen zeker nog een keer terug komen!

Enige min puntje was de verbouwing van het gebouw naast de accommodatie. :)
