Nice apartment

On arrival we had access to enter the building but very disappointed we had no access to enter the apartment. There was no staff around to assist. We had to email and leave messages on booking.com and also telephone the apartment company leaving lots of messages on there answering machine and emails that we are waiting to enter the actual apartment. Leaving us to wait outside the front door of the apartment for 2 hours until they opened eventually opened the apartment door.was disappointed. There was no where to leave our luggage at check out day as our flight was in the evening and check out was 11am. You have to empty the bins and walk ages to put the rubbish in the local trash bins not ideal. No late check out options available which is not convenient. No coach or bus from airport stops outside the building so you have to walk up a steep hill with your luggage. Bonus is The apartment is nice and modern and clean and comfortable.but would not stay there again due to the difficulty accessing the apartment on our first day.
