Luxury apartment Sunset Cliffs Benidorm

Host was amazing and messaged when we landed to ask what time they should meet us at the property. It was so easy, they accommodated an early check in for us. The facilities were brilliant, pool lovely, with hot tubs and kids pool! The apartment is gorgeous, modern, very fresh and clean. It was so much nicer than I thought it even would be! The location is excellent as well with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and literally opposite the beach!

Our first visit to the pool we were told by the lifeguards that we each needed a bracelet to access. We didn’t know about this, we were only given 3 and there was 6 of us and they were quite insistent about it which didn’t make us feel too welcome. You also are not allowed any drinks by your sunbeds, so for example your children aren’t even allowed to drink soft drinks you have bought in at the sunbeds or poolside. I thought this was a bit strict as it was 30 degrees where we were there and I wanted my children to stay hydrated! You have to buy the drinks from the pool bar and drink them whilst sitting at the bar. You can not take any drinks to the poolside which is quite unusual and did hinder a relaxing pool experience slightly!

This apartment exceeded all our expectations and provided a truly luxurious experience from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally spacious. The highlight was undoubtedly the magnificent terrace offering breathtaking views of the beach and the sea – the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the stunning scenery. The property was equipped to the highest standard, with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning ensured perfect comfort throughout our visit, and the complimentary bottle of wine awaiting us on arrival was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The complex itself is outstanding, featuring excellent swimming pools, a modern gym, and a stylish bar, creating a true resort-like atmosphere. The location could not have been better – just steps away from numerous excellent restaurants, bars, and all local amenities, yet peaceful enough to enjoy complete relaxation. We genuinely could not have asked for more. This is a first-class property in an exceptional location, and we would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium holiday experience.

El anfitrión, que de malas formas nos reclama el pago por la rotura de la taza del servicio cuando ya estaba rota. La tenían pegada con pegamento. Además, avisamos cuando se volvió a rajar, dando por hecho que ya sabían que eso estaba roto. Es una simple tapa del baño, que de haberla roto nosotros, asumiríamos el coste sin ningún problema pero que pongan en duda lo que le decimos... Deberían confiar más en el cliente
