Definitely get what you pay for and more - rooms comfortable enough and air con blasting for comfort - big clean pool to chill out during the day - great location to get down to the strip / levante beach - also got damage deposit returned same day - do not believe all the reviews - this is a great find for the price!
Rooms are dated - but for the price you're paying you shouldn't be expecting 5*

Good location, good value for money. Perfect for a beni trip.

Good location in Rincon De loix next to lots of shops and bars.
Rooms were dark and dingy. Need brightening up and also we went allowed to use the Pool area.
