Facilities don’t match what they’re advertising.

An email arrived an hour before we arrived to say we had to do x y and z. We met someone at reception who said we were too early, we went into town and were then contacted on WhatsApp to say come get the keys now as we want to lock up

Pool was out of use, not mentioned anyway on booking or confirmation, staff pretty much non existent

Week in Benidorm at Bermudas

The apartment was clean and spacious with good views, easy to access via the lift. In a good location.Fully equipped . Happy with our stay.

Took a while to work out how to turn on main light in evenings, found out eventually it was switched off in lounge . Some bulbs need replacing in lights , not really an issue. No faults to complain about, all good

We were given apartment 312 as you don’t know what you are getting before arrival. It was awful, when we complained the next day we were offered another supposed better apartment but decided to leave. Be careful when booking with these apartments and make sure what you are getting beforehand.

Great location for our short break. on arrival clean and the issues we were dealt with straight away.

Though the room was pet friendly dogs were not allowed anywhere outside in the garden even though we had all the appropriate cleaning equipment in case our dog was caught short.

Great place to stay.

As usual a brilliant stay in a clean, bright apartment everything you need is close by. Friendly host. Will be back.

Unfortunately our flight was late arriving at Alicante and, although it was not a problem for us as we have stayed at these apartments before, and knew where to go, we would have liked message regarding key collection to have arrived before we left for the airport. The bar as actually closing when we eventually arrived .

The location is the only positive about this place.

A horrible stay filled with bed bugs & bites!!! Rude unhelpful staff, dirty rooms, no clean towels offered daily. Just overall a very poor stay which resulted in one of my friends needing treatment from the bed bug bites.

Great location 10/10. Very basic but cosy, clean and comfortable.

Nice pool and great location as only 5 minutes from the beach and main strip. Only 1 minute from bars, restaurants and shops. Cosy little apartment with a cosy balcony. The hosts at Bernudas Turis were very helpful and friendly.

Very basic kitchen with no washing machine. Bed was fine but the plastic matress cover was a bit hard and moved easily. The saucepans could have done with a good wash.
