Had everything we needed and great location for old town

The smaller bathroom had a bad smell of drains and patio doors not great at keeping out any noise the may as well been open. I was ok sleeping with all the noise but others in party could not sleep at all.

OK! Wouldn’t return

Liked the location the outside space and the layout of the apartment

Shutter on the penthouse door didn’t work the penthouse back door onto the outside space had no way of locking, we was told someone would be round to fix this no one turned up, company are very good at saying what they think you want to hear! The 3 bedroom property air con didn’t work again was told someone would come and fix this no one ever did! The property was hard to find as the door was located in between two shops! Of a night it’s very loud due to location!

Broken patio door locks reported never sorted, so site insecure the shower leaks and head drops off every time it's turned on and the air-conditioning leaks down the wall, leaving a slip hazard in lounge

Lovely central accommodation, perfect for what we wanted!

Fabulous location, nice and clean. Check in was very easy and everyone we spoke to was lovely. If you are in Benidorm for the usual night life and beach then this place is good. Right in the centre of old town, 5 minutes walk to beach and close to the strip. Plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep and a little supermarket underneath. We had a lovely stay here.

I’m not sure if it’s the property or the fact it is the pipes in old town but we kept getting sewage smells coming from the bathrooms. When we went out we just left a window open but it seemed to get really bad at night. Also if you are after quiet accommodation then this isn’t for you. The street has bars and restaurants making noise and open until late. We didn’t mind this as we’re home late most evenings but might affect some people.

Nice apartment, clean and central , but very rude and aggressive owner

Property was a good location when we eventually found it( very difficult to find and no information was given) the checking in block is on a very busy street with no property number, local shop keepers helped us find it,

Property was clean, however the owner who took us from the checking in office to the actual property was very rude, he marched on in front of us with the keys after keeping us waiting for 15 mins, we we’re struggling with cases as we were all in our 60s and 70s, would not slow down, when I politely asked him to walk slower, he started getting angry, saying he was the boss, and if we didn’t like it, he would give us the keys and find it ourselves

Property is difficult to find, apartment is about a 6 min walk from The checking in office, however the streets are so busy with no property numbers, we had to keep going into shops to ask for directions, we had no internet to use google maps as the taxis cannot drop you near the apartment or checking in office as it’s pedestrian only

Del apartamento no me gustó absolutamente nada el motivo se les voy a dar ahora mismo hay un error nada más entrar que vuela tuberías que eso no hay quien lo soporte llamamos a Booking y no nos han hecho caso absolutamente de nada luego otro inconveniente había un patio pequeñito con 10 aires acondicionados los motores dale dale dale dale dale horrible horrible. Bueno ese es el motivo por el que no estuvimos a gusto. Si queréis alguno más para la gente que se lo piense que se lo piense mucho el ir ahí

Nos tocó 1-B lo que significa que las ventanas nos daban al interior , era impensable abrir las persianas. Había un olor a alcantarilla horroroso que no que quito en toda la estancia. La mayoría de cosas de la cocina estaba sucias. Les recomiendo que en cuanto entren enciendan el aire acondicionado y no lo apaguen hasta que termine su estancia porque el calor que hacía allí era inviable

Emplacement très bien malgré qu’il y ait pas de parking

Gros problème avec la climatisation qui fuyait dans l’appartement. À mon arrivée j ai remarqué 2 seau sous le climatiseur mais je ne savait pas ce qui faisait la . Apres avoir démarrer le climatiseur au bout de 30 min j ai compris a quoi servait ces sots et vu les traces sur le murs de la fuite qui apparement ne datait pas d’hier . Inadmissible de laisser un problème comme celui ci sans y remédier de manière durable au lieu de mettre simplement des sots sous la fuite . Ducoup nous n’avons pas pu utiliser ce climatiseur et l appartement étant sous les toits au derniers étage et a cette période de l’année je vous laisse imaginé la chaleur ….

Zdecydowanie nie polecam przykro mi że tak się rozczarowałam

Zdecydowanie odradzam ten apartament. Oszustwo i skandaliczne traktowanie gości Opis i zdjęcia nie mają nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością. Zamiast balkonów w pokojach – które był jednym z powodów rezerwacji – otrzymaliśmy pokoje z ,,oknem,, wychodzącym prosto na ścianę budynku do szybu wentylacyjnego Brak jakiejkolwiek wentylacji sprawiał, że temperatura sięgała ponad 50stopni – nie dało się tam normalnie funkcjonować. Wnętrze brudne, zaniedbane, z nieprzyjemnym zapachem. Tzw. „taras” to mikroskopijny szyb wentylacyjny z plastikowymi krzesłami, klimatyzatorem nad głową i zamknięciem z każdej strony i ścianami wewnętrznymi budynku bez dostępu świeżego powietrza – to nie jest miejsce do wypoczynku, tylko atrapa Jedna stacja klimatyzacji tylko w salonie nie nadążała chłodzić pomieszczenia a co dopiero całości ,, apartamentu ,, W pokojach duchota w której nie dało się oddychać bez dostępu powietrza Po zgłoszeniu problemu właściciel nie zaproponował żadnego rozwiązania ani innego apartamentu, w skandaliczny sposób kazał nam się wynosić Odmówił też zwrotu pieniędzy. Czujemy się oszukani i potraktowani z pogardą. To był najgorszy nocleg, jaki mieliśmy w życiu – zero szacunku do gości, zero uczciwości. Od razu po przybyciu zgłosiliśmy to właścicielowi że oferta nie jest Zgodna z tym co było na zdjęciach. Oczywiście odmówiliśmy przyjęcia tego apartamentu i opuściliśmy go zaraz po przybyciu. Wlasciciel od razu wystawił ogłoszenie ponownie. Zostaliśmy bez mieszkania w obcym kraju. Zgłosiliśmy to również na booking. Kontaktujemy się co dwa dni i do dziś a mija 9 dzień nie ma odzewu z żadnej ze stron Właściciel unika kontaktu To nie był “apartament”, tylko oszukańcza oferta. Booking powinien przyjrzeć się tej lokalizacji, ponieważ takie sytuacje psują zaufanie do całej platformy. Nie polecam nikomu – strata pieniędzy, nerwów i zmarnowany czas. Również poważnie się zastanawiam nad kolejną rezerwację przez booking

Todo en general.El aire acondicionado,las habitaciones,estuvo genial .Lo pasamos muy bien nos hubiese gustado quedarnos más tiempo.

Por poner algo la vitrocerámica y utensilios para 7 personas. Ahh y las sillas del comedor muy chulas pero un poco raras para comer.

Het mocht groter zijn van woonruimte voor 6 personen, ik kon enkel met master of visa de waarborg betalen en dat wist ik niet op voorhand dus misschien beter optie als Cash of debit toevoegen? Zetel in de living en rolgordijn in de kinderkamer was stuk!

Eramos un grupo de amigos estuvimos fenomenal. Ubicación perfecta, al lado de la playa y de zona de bares pero tranquila para dormir. Apartamentos totalmente equipados con aire acondicionado y todo nuevo a estrenar. Totalmente recomendable. Seguro que repetimos. Muy amable el chico que entrega las llaves.
