La ubicación y la distribución del piso con unas vistas fantásticas. La urbanización muy limpia excepto las hamacas de la piscina (por efecto de las palomas)
El colchón del dormitorio principal sería mejorable (se hunde un poco hacia afuera, también haría falta algo más de menaje de cocina como alguna sartén más, cuchillos suficientes que corten, paños de cocina, salvamanteles... Lo ruidosos del piso de arriba, arrastrando muebles a la una de la madrugada durante varios días.

La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional, con salida directa a la primera línea de la playa de Levante. En pleno paseo marítimo y con acceso a multitud de tiendas y restaurantes. El apartamento es amplio y perfecto para 4 personas. Tiene 2 baños, y la cocina dispone de todo lo necesario, cafetera, tostador, incluso lavavajillas. Todo muy limpio. Las vistas de la playa y el mar justo enfrente son estupendas. Dispone de lavadora y secadora. Los armarios geniales, y con muchas perchas para ordenar la ropa. Y parking, muy necesario en esa zona de Benidorm. El contacto con el propietario ha sido ejemplar, siempre interesado en nuestro bienestar.
