We had problems with room 17b's bathroom, the bath and shower flooded bathroom every single time it was used. We reported it but it took until the next day for a technical person to attend. My clothes and towels all had to be relaundered as they were soaked and smelt of drains. They did launder these but did not return my microfiber grey towel. I reported this day before leaving was not returned. Technician thought problem fixed it didn'work we re-reported it and female receptionist was rude, sharp, dismissive and unhelpful. The toilet holder came off wall and our toilet seat also broke during stay. Equipment old and tired. I tried ringing from room but they never answered phone. All other staff very nice, it was disappointing I deal with people daily, and rudeness is not acceptable to me. When I went to reception I was pleasant said hola and receptionist tutted at me when I said hola she kept her head down and then told me off saying she was busy, I informed her the bathroom still leaking she scolded us for reporting it in the afternoon even though technician had only fixed it an hour before stated no one now there to be able to look at it, went so far as to say I don't know why people report things late!!! This ruined a holiday experience for us. I have been to benidorm over 10 times we go several times a year but would not stay here again because of how receptionist treated us. We had to ask for a solution she offered us the very top floor 22 and weather was exceptionally stormy on the 10th floor we were not happy to move higher. We asked to use another bathroom which she did give us after a fashion. This was a dark corner room with no bath, was also even more windy on outside of building. We used it for showering not ideal though. The location is however fantastic here the views spectacular. The rooms are well equipped, although a little old fashioned and tired in parts. The beds comfortable, pillows also.

If you want to see Benidorm this is your place, 200 or so feet up in splendid comfort. Reception staff very amenable at all times, in fact the people are as good as the view, very clean appartment with all you need.

The noise inside the property you can hear everything from other apartments and cleaners outside. The doors to outside the balcony were very soundproof but inside was terrible noisy.

loved the location apartment spacious well equipt fantastic private balcony with a tremendous view never once had to wait more than 20seconds for a lift and always empty never used the pool as we like the beach but were amazed by how far the sunbeds were apart in fact a very large pool area among all the high rise hotels found the apartments to be very quite hardly heard a sound all week

Fabulous Hotel great friendly staff with 24hr’s service.

The property was a perfect location with fantastic sea view balcony. Including 2 padded comfy seats. @ clothes airer. Kitchen had everything kettle Toaster cups plates cutlery bowl drainer tea towel pan & brush / mop. Table with 4 chairs. Bathroom had a hairdryer. Bedroom had plenty of room with large wardrobe and a desk with a comfortable chair. I found the bed very comfortable cleaning is every 4 days.

Air con could do with a clean & the bathroom fan. This is same in all the hotels I’ve stayed in so far in Benidorm.

Wonderful stay in Benidorm and in Les Dunes Apartments.

The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed. Kitchen area was very tight, no washing machine although a laundry collection was available at a very reasonable cost. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was excellent, close to night life so no taxi required after night out, walking distance to old town and shopping area, and best of all, overlooking the beach. Food in the apartmentsd restaurant was very good and pool area lovely.

Very small issues in apt such as bedroom door didn't close fully, slight smell in bathroom until shower was run, bedroom wardrobes doors didn't work smoothly. But this wouldn't put me off returning.

The location was excellent, right on the beachfront with excellent views of the beach. Shops, restaurants, pubs, all on your doorstep. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere to unwind.

Overall a great stay at this appartement, would book it again.

The appartements location was great for us, right by the beach. We loved being on a higher floor for the amazing view and as you can hear less noise from the street or people partying all night. The room and furniture could use some updating but we still liked it. It was a good size with a lovely balcony. There's a decent size fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the kitchen as well as an ironing board, hair dryer etc. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful to us when we needed anything.

We only had breakfast once at the restaurant below as the pigeons kept sitting on the piled up plates by the entrance and we had already had food poisoning from another restaurant before. It's difficult to keep the birds away but I recommend covering the dishes up at least. Stove in the kitchen a bit difficult to use at times with the touch buttons. Some loose electric wall plugs.

The Perfect Stay with the perfect sea views!!

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing. The self catering apartment was brilliant, so clean and had everything you needed. The staff are great, the location is perfect and the private balcony was very spacious with amazing views of levente beach and sea. There is 4 lifts to choose from to all floors, with its own restaurant on ground floor. The swimming pool is great and also an indoor one too. I cannot recommend this place enough, me and my girlfriend will be definitely staying here again. 8)

We bought two mugs we did not like the small cups in the apartment. I would also have liked if there had been dish cloth to wipe down the table , units and cooker along with washing up liquid. The light over the table was far to low we kept bumping our heads off it. These are just little things that would make a difference, but did not spoil our holiday or stay. The cleaning staff were very efficient, nice and friendly. We were in apartment 19A on the 19th floor it was quite.

Fantastic location right on seafront, staff very helpful, we had no tv signal for first day but repaired next day. Everything you need in apartment, spacious bedroom with fab air con in lounge & bedroom which is a big thing for me. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds.

The balcony didn’t get any sun, I was ok with that
