This property was excellent, have stayed a few times its staff are so friendly & professional the place is spotless and the restaurant food is excellent,the vie s from the rooms are amazing definitely 💯 all round .

Great location and super clean.
We were on the 19th floor and the sea views were spectacular.
Despite being on the 19th floor the lifts were fast, we never had to wait as in other properties we've stayed in.
Shower was powerful and towels were super soft. Very basic toiletries but that didn't affect our stay. I would recommend taking your own.
The beds were so comfy and we had a great night's sleep. We will 100% stay here again.
The kitchen was well equipped and spotless ckean, with plenty of room in the fridge for large bottled water milk etc.
We stayed for three nights and had fresh towels on our second day which we didn't expect but a pleasant surprise.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast provided on site was good. Choices were hot or cold set menu, but the quality was very good and excellent value for money. We had the cooked breakfast each morning. 2 eggs, 3 slices of very tasty bacon, beans & 2 slices of toast. This included a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice as well as tea or coffee. All of which came to €6.50 per person. The service was great and the guy serving us each day couldn't do enough.
We really couldn't fault our stay. We had a very positive stay and can only say a lot of good about our stay.

We had problems with room 17b's bathroom, the bath and shower flooded bathroom every single time it was used. We reported it but it took until the next day for a technical person to attend. My clothes and towels all had to be relaundered as they were soaked and smelt of drains. They did launder these but did not return my microfiber grey towel. I reported this day before leaving was not returned. Technician thought problem fixed it didn'work we re-reported it and female receptionist was rude, sharp, dismissive and unhelpful. The toilet holder came off wall and our toilet seat also broke during stay. Equipment old and tired. I tried ringing from room but they never answered phone. All other staff very nice, it was disappointing I deal with people daily, and rudeness is not acceptable to me. When I went to reception I was pleasant said hola and receptionist tutted at me when I said hola she kept her head down and then told me off saying she was busy, I informed her the bathroom still leaking she scolded us for reporting it in the afternoon even though technician had only fixed it an hour before stated no one now there to be able to look at it, went so far as to say I don't know why people report things late!!! This ruined a holiday experience for us. I have been to benidorm over 10 times we go several times a year but would not stay here again because of how receptionist treated us. We had to ask for a solution she offered us the very top floor 22 and weather was exceptionally stormy on the 10th floor we were not happy to move higher. We asked to use another bathroom which she did give us after a fashion. This was a dark corner room with no bath, was also even more windy on outside of building. We used it for showering not ideal though. The location is however fantastic here the views spectacular. The rooms are well equipped, although a little old fashioned and tired in parts. The beds comfortable, pillows also.
