Beautiful villa - we’ll be back 🤗

Beautiful villa with all you could need - everything had been thought of ☺️ The pool is great, including the surrounding outdoor area. Lovely inside with plenty of areas to have your own space if you want it - there was 10 of us and it still felt spacious. Location is good - few shops over the road and only a short walk down to bars and then onto the strip. We even walked to the old town one day and it was a lovely stroll. Excellent contact with the lovely host too - would highly recommend.

Communication with the Villa was excellent. Language was not a barrier with a little bit of help from Google Translate! The pool area is beautiful and there are lots of comfy seating areas in the shade and in the Sun. There were lots of little extras for example, some milk and beer and wine in the fridge, liquid soap in the bathroom and plenty of toilet rolls, et cetera and plenty of cleaning equipment. We were very comfortable and relaxed. There is a supermarket straight opposite and Lidl is only 10 minutes walk. There’s a beautiful Italian restaurant opposite where we had two fantastic meals. We arrived very late at night and the owner was there waiting for us. Also when we left we were able to leave our suitcases there and pop back for them later. This villa is a perfect venue for an extended family holiday as 10 people or more could easily and comfortably stay there. We were given three sets of keys which is very useful and unusual. The owner returned my deposit on the same day that we left

Perfect Villa Stay!

The villa was really spacious and the location was only a 30ish min walk to the main strip - lots of taxis on route, which were only around £6. It was also super close to shops including Iceland, Lidl and Aldi. The beds were very comfy and rooms a really good size. Julia greeted us when we arrived to give us a tour of the villa (we didn't get there until 10pm). Would definitely stay here again!

We had 8 people, which was a perfect size. But if you are looking for 12 guests, then there are only 2 bathrooms, and a toilet outside (for the pool). Possibly needs a cover on the pool to stop leaves/insects dropping into it. However, Julia was very good when we asked for a net to get rid of some of the leaves.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is fab, everything you could need and more, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful. We had a powercut and I messaged them to which they responded almost immediately and were at the villa within 20 minutes to sort it and the power was back on within the hour. Location is fab too, buses run right outside and there are shops and bars all around, benidorm palace is a few minutes walk and the main strip is about 15 minutes walk or the bus runs down there every 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely book it again. 10/10

The only problem I can see is the number of bathrooms to beds, there are only 2 bathrooms which was fine for 6 of us but I think if more people stayed I think it sleeps 12 you may struggle with just 2 bathrooms

The perfect place to stay in Benidorm

Just came back from staying at The Villa. A group of 10 of us for a stag do. And we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The Property was clean. The Hosts were efficient and easily contactable. The location was perfect and we had everything and more than we could have expected. I have already recommended 2 other groups looking to come to Benidorm this is the place they need to stay.

Best Villa we have stayed in, for 25 years

Great location, pool, space, aircon, towels, tv, internet, seating, cleanliness, a safe, and quiet area, best villa we have rented so far in 25 years. We asked for access to all 4 bedrooms for privacy, which was granted, Will rent again.

Tiny Ants in downstairs beds one night but sprayed then not bothered by them again. Parking not suitable for a mini bus but parked in front of the ramp on the road, as always available. Could ideally benefit from extractor fans in bathrooms, No spare bin bags cleaning products etc left, did not get damage deposit back in cash before we left, had to wait for bank transfer, but just minor issues.

Beautiful accommodation!!

Everything was great! Villa was beautiful, pictures definetly do not do this place justice as it was gorgeous, couldnt believe how big it really was. We all had an amazing time. Julia greeted us on arrival, communication was great and any recommendations were answered. Beautiful location and just a short taxi ride into the centre, taxi to old town benidorm was just €10 and definetly recommended to visit, beautiful place. We are already planning a family visit and would definetly stay here! Thank you

Amazing Villa, highly recommended, one of the best ive stayed in anywhere!!

Amazing Villa, very clean, lots of space , comfy areas inside and out , lovely pool, lots of amenities, great location opposite a supermarket, 25 minute walk away from the centre of town, perfect for groups and welcoming to a group of 10 lads on a stag do. Very welcoming host on arrival also got everything sorted very quickly. easy communication via whats app also.

The pool was a little cold but that's me being very fussy we still used it everyday! was a good way to wake up! and the oven cooked a little slow but it still worked absolutly fine! so hardly any complaints id say! In the summer when the weather is warmer I can see the pool being perfect how it was!

Outstanding Villa to look at from pool side and exceptionally well finished shower rooms up and down stairs. Also added bonus to the trip was Iceland (food Store) just across the road which we made good use of for breakfasts. Cant wait to travel back there next November!

Exceeded expectations

Outside area is amazing, nice and private, pool was great, even really convenient having an outside toilet! Also really really handy having a supermarket 30 seconds outside the gate. Would highly recommend. Also really clean. I would also say the pictures don't really do the place justice. Was a lot nicer than I was expecting.

Excellent location and facilities. The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of seating and sun loungers etc. Host was friendly and it was excellent value for money. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the busy areas where restaurants, clubs etc are. The waterpark is also a short walk away and is an excellent fun day out.
