We loved our stay there and will book again next year

It was central for both sides of Benidorm and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Spacious balcony. Clean towels every 3 days and bed changed every week by a lovely lady. The building and apartment was very clean. It was very quiet at night where the apartment was situated, there were lovely bars and restaurants close by but they weren’t noisy. There was a really good little supermarket just round the corner.

The apartment was a little tired and could do with some revamping. As we were staying for 28 days it would have been helpful to have had an oven as we cooked ourselves some of the evenings, there was a gas hob and a microwave but it did limit you. The wi-fi was very hit and miss

The location was very good, and there were plenty of bars nearby if you want to avoid the noise from the bars this is the place to stay. The balcony was very large could not fault our stay

Great little find

Spacious apartment with literally everything you need in the kitchen..somecenglish channels on TV Very quiet at night. Little bar at the end of the road and a supermarket very close by.

Nothing I didn't like but.. Would have been great if there was a hairdryer in the apartment. There was a 30 euro charge because we arrived after 9pm, due to a deflated flight. There was 150 euro deposit payable on arrival. I searched booking..com, but I couldn't see this in the small print.. I appreciate some accomodation companies take a deposit, but I wasn't made aware of this when booking..

First timers in Benidorm

Balcony was amazing, very spacious, rooms. Nice pool, just within reach of old town and new, peaceful location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt very secure gated apartments.

Handy apartment in Benidorm

The location of this apartment is great. It's on the edge of the old town, not too close to the "party end" of Benidorm to be disturbed, but close enough to walk. Once we checked in, we were left in peace to enjoy the apartment. The cleaner, who came in the late morning, offered to clean the apartment and gave us fresh towels regularly. The apartment was well kitted out with a TV, microwave, hob, coffee machine, large fridge and washing machine and the balcony was a good space for sitting out. Also, the air con in the hall was very welcome. We were given a little pack with washing up liquid and cloths in, which I thought was a nice touch. Reception staff were very friendly and the pool was lovely with sunbeds provided. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we booked a few extra days and were very happy to stay where we were. We would stay there again and would recommend it.

When we went, it was quite hot and the air con kept us comfortable, we were very glad if it. However, it was situated just through the front door, in the apartment hall, so to get the benefit of it in the bedrooms, we had to leave the bedroom doors open all night. We didn't mind doing that, but some people might. We couldn't get into the building initially, until someone let us in. And then we couldn't find reception, which is actually up in the lift on the first floor. They could do with having a sign that directs guests and visitors. I did mention it to them and they were grateful for the suggestion. There was some building work going on across the road, which was a little noisy during the day, but it didn't bother us much and we couldn't hear it from inside the apartment. Also, there are mosquitos around the pool area, in the shady parts. I'm not sure the apartment staff could do anything about that, just be aware and if you're prone to bites, take some spray.

Great stay with family

This apartment was very close to shops, restaurants, and bars, 7 minute walk to the beach where all the pubs and entertainment is. A short walk to the old town where there is a great atmosphere. Nice and quiet at night. Great help from staff regarding booking taxis just a message away, prompt reply. Very safe gated complex. Pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds. Great value for money, I would have no problem reccomending this property.

I had 2 keep chasing for clean bedding/towels finally done on day 10 instead of day 7 & I was not advised of the building works across the road that made it awful to relax by the pool with drilling banging etc was like being on a building site would not have booked apartments if I was advised prior to going nothing mentioned on the property details etc

Good value for money

The apartment is a little dated but exceptionally clean. Everything you could need in the rooms. I found the beds a little hard but my partner didn't. The pool is nice and big and was very quiet. There was no charge for sun loungers as I had previously read. Location is good, slight hill so if you have mobility issues I would stay somewhere closer to the beach on the flat We didn't mind it because we like walking. Overall we were happy with the stay. ..

The only complaint I have is my son lost a set of keys within the complex and we were told the lock had to be changed. There was a €50 charge which I thought was expensive as I'm sure I would be used again in another door..

Great Location - Pleasant Stay

Located in quiet neighbourhood and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Large apartment and spotlessly clean. Great parking for only €3 per day. Large and clean outdoor pool. Hosts were professional and friendly - they allowed us to check in early - we greatly appreciated this. It is not a 5 star hotel and we did not pay a 5 star price. For what we paid, we got excellent value.

2 very minor dislikes. There was no way to access to reception area for check in - we needed to phone reception to get in - maybe we missed some bell or button to press! The apartment pine furniture is very dated ( 90's yellow ) - it was not to our preference. However - it was well maintained. Apartment was basic but had all essentials.

Great, well kept

Good sized 2 bed apartment with a comfortable sofa for adult son. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had the added bonus of a second toilet, washing machine and central heating. Not to mention the huge balcony! We used both in and out door pools, all areas of the site were clean and very well looked after. We had a great stay - thank you to the helpful on site staff - can’t wait to stay again.

No hairdryer Air con only in the entrance to the apartment so had to keep bedroom doors open to get cool air in. Extra charges for late check in and late check out. Showers by the pool didn’t work.
