Ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. Camas cómodas. La cocina un poco pequeña, pero en general todo bien. Es un punto tener piscina. Repetiremos. El anfitrión muy majo y atento.

Pésimo trato al cliente de la inmobiliaria. Apartamento antiguo.

Zona y vistas.

Me cuesta entender las buenas valoraciones del apartamento. Nuestra experiencia no ha sido para nada así: - A la llegada al apartamento, el señor de la inmobiliaria nos amenazó que si no dejábamos una fianza en efectivo cancelaba la reserva y nos dejaba en la calle (de muy malas formas). Es cierto que el tema de la fianza está puesto por algún lado en el anuncio (nosotros no lo habíamos leído, culpa nuestra), pero tampoco nadie de la inmobiliaria nos lo dijo ninguna de las veces que hablamos antes de llegar. Si es un tema tan importante, qué menos que mencionarlo antes de la llegada para ir preparados. Cuando se dijimos eso nos dijo que él no va a estar recordando nada a la gente (de nuevo, cero empatía ni profesionalidad). Finalmente aceptó que se la pagásemos por bizum. - La nevera está en el salón, cosa que no sale así en las fotos. - La cocina es antigua y tiene los utensilios muy limitados. El señor de la inmobiliaria nos dijo que si queríamos recuperar toda la fianza teníamos que dejar fregado todo lo que usáramos. - Solo hay un a/c para toda la casa. - El mini radiador del baño estaba roto (nos tuvieron que traer otro al día siguiente). - No había wifi. - La TV es vieja y se escuchaba fatal. - La habitación número 3 es un cerramiento de la terraza que eso debe ser tremenda sauna cuando haga calor. - El día antes de irnos, llamaron a la puerta y era la señora de la limpieza de la inmobiliaria diciendo que ya era la hora de salida y que nos teníamos que ir, que nos daba 15 minutos para recoger todo y lo hizo, de nuevo, de muy malas formas (nuestra salida no era ese día, sino al día siguiente). Dio la casualidad de que cuando vino estábamos en el apartamento, pero, ¿y si no llegamos a estar? ¿Hubiese entrado y tocado nuestras cosas? No me ofreció ninguna seguridad este episodio. Al hablarlo con la inmobiliaria lo único que nos dijeron fue que "a veces las señoras se equivocan de apartamento". Con eso les pareció suficiente.
