Good apartment overall great views great location

Property location is ideal for old town and new town great views and 2secs from beach good value for money and probably would return

A few things are broken in the apartment. The light above the child's bunk bed has no bulbs in it and is live when the light is on, which is very dangerous for younger children. Some furniture could do with upgrading; it's a bit tired and broken.

Property seemed a little worn compared to the pics I would have liked to have received the details for key collection out of hours sooner. receiving them after we landed meant that our transfers went to the accommodation instead of the key collection location. This caused a bit of stress for us when arriving late in the dark, and with noone around to help

worst apartment experience I have ever had in Benidorm.

the office was locked due to rain, I phoned the number on the window and was given the lockbox code. the keys had the number 42/9 on them no explanation was given on where the apartments were or which key was to open the gate. when we finally got into the apartment block there was no room that correlated to the information on the keys. I had to phone the number once again, after 6 attempts at phoning the number it was finally answered and I was informed that the information on the keys was nothing to do with what apartment we were supposed to be staying in!!!!! the following morning I went to the office to make a complaint and was told that there was nobody available to take the complaint, I then asked the lady and man why they couldn't take the complaint I was told that they just couldn't and I should contact somebody who could take the complaint. I then asked for the contact information of who could take the complaint I was told to have a look in the internet!!!!!

Great location, awful furniture.

The location was good and the apartment was clean as were the communal areas. The bathrooms and showers were good. The security of the building was also good.

The furniture was very shabby and in lots of instances broken. The brown outside sofa and chair were broken and unusable. The inside sofa was broken and had screws sticking out. The armchair had a big rip in it and the beds were rickety and uncomfortable.

Location is excellent, second line from the beach

I would not recommend this property, despite the great location. There were loads of cucarachas everyday. Air-conditioning in the living room was leaking. There was only 2 air con . In one of the rooms and the other "room" with bulk bed was super hot as no air con , ventilator did not help at all with such heat outside, definitely don't recommend this property for summer . Half of the things of the flat were broken(table in the lodge, toilet in one of the bedrooms, table chairs, arm chairs. The flat was generally smelly.

Location and size

Furniture was broken which had been reported by previous renters but not addressed. I reported it immediately and was told to supply photographs which I did immediately. The staff of Benidormbooking.com ignored me and did not replace or remove the broken furniture.

Nice apartment with a generally comfortable vibe.

I had difficulty in finding the office to collect the keys. I was given an address but if they had said the NAME of the office which was in big letters on the building it would’ve been much easier. I walked up the street and rang for more instructions - the man I spoke to got frustrated and hung up !!!! There was a raggy unkempt blind - which we had to fix ourselves / there was a light fitting hanging out of the ceiling above the bunk bed. Although I reported these no one came from maintenance to fix them.

Apartment was excellently located for the main strip, beach and old town, very central. It was well stocked with untensils etc, very clean and beds very comfy. View from the balcony is good onto the beach. Very quiet and great value for money, very spacious!

Having to walk the 10 mins to collect/drop off keys wasn't an issue for us, but for anyone not so mobile etc this could be an issue. 4 of us stayed here and each night at least one of us had to have a cold shower as no hot water.

Absolutely LOVED this apartment. The location, the size, the facilities, everything. We also felt very safe (as a group of women) because of the security to get in to the surroundings and then the building.

We asked for extra bedding for the sofa and couldn’t find any, we could have gone to the Booking.com office but we made do with what we had. One of us lost the group one night and buzzed the concierge to be let in and he was extremely unhappy, saying we had disturbed him and his family. We assumed that’s what his job was for?

The double bed was absolutely awful. You literally could not move slightly without it making a terrible noise. I had no sleep whatsoever. After that first night I had to sleep in a single bed in my friend's room. It says there were ironing facilities but there was no ironing board. Yes I do like to iron my clothes properly after they have been creased in my suitcase. There needs to be more different sized glasses. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have any extra towels given to us.

Brilliant location, views, cleanliness, booking agents, layout of apartment. Showers were powerful, plenty of hot water.

Beds were very squeaky and worn mattresses, doors squeaky, a few little bits broken, but not a problem to us. Needed a bit of TLC and easily sorted.

No gral, gostamos bastante do apartamento. Excelente localização. Muito perto da praia e de zona comercial. Bem equipado. Ar condicionado. Bastante agradável e espaçoso para um grupo de 4 a 6 pessoas.

As camas são desconfortáveis e muito ruidosas. Mau estado de algumas peças de mobiliário. A manutenção geral do apartamento deveria ser mais cuidada. Ruído nocturno da avenida pode ser problemático ao fim de semana (não tem janelas duplas). Falta ar condicionado no quarto de casal e no quarto com as camas de beliche (e esse quarto é muito pequeno e muito quente). Velocidade do Wi-Fi era muito instável.

La ubicación del piso esta muy bien! Cerca de playa, cerca de tiendas, aparcamiento muy bien(se puede aparcar dentro si se encuentra hueco si no, hay un descampado al lado). Estaba limpio el apartamento.

Por lo menos se podria dejar en la nevera una botella de agua.
