It was just on the main beach front
By the cactus cafe
The roof top sun terrace was good for a nice afternoon in the sun shine
Although we booked 5 nights at short notice
When booking it does not state you have to pick keys up about 15/20 min walk away and drop them back on leaving
Reported the cracked sink in bathroom
The whole vanity unit needs changing
Limited utensils in kitchen
No wine glasses - just tumblers
The apartment is not cosy or attractive it’s pretty basic and serves a purpose of a holiday rental in Benidorm
The bedrooms are cold fir this time of year
Rolled up bedding in wardrobe for beds a bit like sleeping bags
We would stay again if there was no alternative

Excellent value and great location.
It’s a little tired around the edges and could do with a little glow up, however for the price and the location, it’s a fair compromise.

Great location. Balcony was the best.
Was in need of upgrade. Bathroom units very tired. Wardrobe doors in main bedroom came off runners. No fan. Had to buy one. Stayed five nights. No service regarding towels and bedding.
When I contacted regarding the wardrobe doors, I got no answer for 2 days. Then they said they would send a maintenance person. They never came.
