Staff were friendly and helpful.
It provided everything I needed for the week.
Beds were comfy.
Everything was clean, basic, functional and close to the beach, buses, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants.
There was a beautiful pool and communal tennis courts in the sister hotel (opposite).
I knew when I booked that it was located on a main road, but didn't realise it would be quite so noisy after midnight... Great apartment for younger visitors and people who enjoy loud music and the nightlife of Benidorm.
Obviously this is not a criticism of the apartment or the letting agent - just part of the Benidorm culture in a busy area surrounded by bars, traffic, music and party goers.

Location was excellent.
To be fair there was a dog barking incessantly next door on 1st night. The Agent sent off a letter to have this dealt with and no further issues from that.
Took a bit to find the Dryer (my own fault to get pegs to hang washing out) Top tip .. Dont.. use the internal drying frame or it will be blown off. The dryer was partially hidden by a cupboard by the window.:)) Wifi router in place but extra to use it. It had Sky box but could not work it .. prob user error as my spanish is crap. The floor mop was a bit stinky so cleaned it with washing up liquid :)) but would be good to have floor cleaner to keep smell away and some bleach for toilet. But very pick points.

Good location
Very dated needs modernized.
Super ser for heat but no gas.pillows on bed were ancient need replaced.plus my partner had to clean shower drain it was clogged with hair don't think it had been cleaned ever this caused water not to drain hence bathroom was flooded.we were there for 10days didn't have any clean bed linen or towels and no cleaner I had to clean it myself
