Location is great, basic apartment but fine for what we needed, we stayed one week, gas ran out on the heater while we were there but within an hour of asking we had a replacement, staff very friendly and helpful.

The neighbours are very noisy with a dog that constantly barks, could work out where the pool that’s shown in the pictures was…

Very dated needs modernized. Super ser for heat but no gas.pillows on bed were ancient need replaced.plus my partner had to clean shower drain it was clogged with hair don't think it had been cleaned ever this caused water not to drain hence bathroom was flooded.we were there for 10days didn't have any clean bed linen or towels and no cleaner I had to clean it myself

Your pic shows a pool,but the was no pool at aquarium 1..trying to find the entrance When I arrived.it was late at nite,I found it hard to find office for key box,then the entrance to the property was a small gate .there was no big sign ....

once we located where they key box was only few mins from appts text message tells you all need to know to open box then straight nack to appts just before dynastic hotel fab location pubs and shops very close

could use pool across from appts but no sun loungers great pool space and plenty of seats to sit on , great sun spot but because of been residential have to provide your own sun lounger

Stayed at this self catering apartment have to say it was a great stay everything you need was there to make it a home from home feeling including sky tv, great location too and not too far out of main Benidorm, can walk into centre quite easily if you don't mind walking, but plenty of bars and cafes/ restaurants nearby too....the host Reza is very helpful if you need anything he is very good at sorting it straight away, a very enjoyable stay 10/10 the only dissapointment is having to come back home lol ;-)

after the taxi driver dropped us off we had to walk about 200yards down the road with 2 cases to collect keys from a property shop the man that delt with us was very nice

Great location for where I wanted to be, all the facilities i needed toaster, kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, sky TV and other things I didn't need to use, oven, washing machine, iron and board. Had a key for the pool across the road but I never used it as I prefer the sea. Good shower water pressure. Also some useful things left behind from others: large beach umbrella to which we added a pool noodle for other to use. Also very simple to get the apartment keys from a key box outside the office as we arrived late. Also like to thank the staff in the office who were very friendly and helpful

I suppose if I had to be picky not having air conditioning, but we did have a large floor standing fan and a large picture window so we never had a problem tbh, especially for the price.
