Location

The apartment was not clean, excessively heavily stained walls, bedding contaminated heavily with pet and or human hairs, shower wall same unclean and human hairs on walls, the old blue armchair was so dirty and stained we didn't sit on it. Excessive dust etc on bed frames, debris under the sofa etc. I can only assume the HOST or management have not visited or inspected the property. No spare set of bedding or towels left for a 3 weeks stay!? Unable to dry any washing etc due to the poor weather.

View is amazing for the price, nice bed and rooms kept clean but thats it

Arranged check in for early morning but got mistaken for the afternoon. Check in an out reuqired no ID which is a bit odd. Electrics had to be turned on ourselves at the main switch board Only downsides were these however

We loved the view and the location.

We had no hot water all week. The kettle did not work. There was a gap in the window that was blowing a gale when it was windy. Certain plug points did not work.

The view is fantastic . Beach front position. Great pool area .generous sun beds .Good area .foyer was spotless .

Not enough kitchen items .ie no toaster .only 1 mug .and cutlery was dirty . .apartment needs updating tired . No gas .no air-conditioning. Not even a fan .not enough towels or sheets .no bath mats at all and was very slippy had to go and ask for them 3 days later .

was not the cleanest You had to wash things before you could use them ie plates, glasses, cutlery etc. plates had chips on them (I would not use them, they would go straight in the bin!) but not mine to throw away. I got two plates for us to use. I would suggest a welcome pack I.e. tea and coffee etc, toilet roll, small washing up liquid, scourer etc. as people arrive at different times and this would be most helpful.

Needs a new fridge, furniture needs upgrading, bedding and 1 towel very worn out and not sufficient for a 7 day stay. Should be a change of bedding and towel at least once in a 7 day stay. Missing outside window blind. Sliding windows very difficult to open and close.

Blankets for beds would have been nice / worried about finding the security box for the room key collection and and was difficullt to find at 01.30 in the morning but all ok on arrival.

Positiongood, loads of hot water and near to all local night life, staff excellent.

Furnishings all old and damaged but apartment excellent position. Staff excellent but had a problem finding office round the corner to collect keys from wall safe. Staff came out to us very quickly and most helpful. Would stay again but not in the same antiquated apartment.

Complete refurbishment No other problems except shower Louvre windows would not shut.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación,el apartamento estaba limpio y no le faltaba detalle,muy cómodo.Situado en un edificio silencioso y limpio.Pudimos utilizar el garage con lo cual,tienes resuelto el problema parking.Fué todo muy bien,la atencion por parte de Carmona.Rent inmejorable.Estamos muy agradecidos,habiamos vendido nuestra casa y pudimos alojarnos en Torre Principado,hasta poder transladarnos al nuevo domicilio.Muchas gracias a Carmona.Rent y a Booking
