Good location and pleasant property

Good location for the restaurants and bars. Very close to the beach. Quiet residential area so best of both worlds

It has a security gate system and the key was difficult to access. We arrived in the early hours but the next day we learned there is a number key to use

Cockroaches. Shower flooded bathroom and bedroom. Car parking bad. No numbers on bays and got shouted at because we parked in someone's spot. How were we to know!!!! Mould on ceilings. And wanted more money for wi fi . Terrible place.

all in all our stay was excellent

nothing to dislike , the location was perfect for what we wanted.

Key collection , taxi driver from Alicante had no idea where key pick up was although he had all relevent paperwork , so dropped us at apartment , we had to then rely on asking locals for directions and had to carry cases to reception and back which is quite some trek. Also one of the keys given to us wouldnt unlock door to the main building.

Host couldn’t of been more helpful For a cost of €10 a guy came to meet us at the apartment to hand over keys and again on the last day he came to collect the keys and hand bank the deposit This saved us walking to collect them from another place with 5 kids and cases They couldn’t do enough for us Apartment was ver large and was plenty bi enough for 7 of us Lovely views and only short walk to night life

All of it, no complaints. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful in locating property. Had a problem with shower and toilet when we arrived and someone came out within an hour of the call the rectify problem. Great service.
