Very basic and cold apartment

Had washing machine iron and ironing board, toaster and microwave. Within a 10 min walk to the market, which can been seen from apartment.

No heating, very cold apartment. We stayed from 20th -30th December. Its quiet a walk to the beech for someone who struggles with walking On 23rd floor so views ok but not breathtaking. As can be expected it can take lifts quiet a while to come to you. Didn't cook in apartment as the oven was dirty/greasey. Wouldn't stay here again.

Really ruined our stay, we stayed here last year but after our experiences this time we won’t be back

The apartment is very spacious, and good value for money. We stayed last year and had no issues but come this year and there were no locks on the front door when we arrived this time

There are no locks on the front door to get into the apartment building. A random man knocked on our apartment door and I answered thinking it was our friend, the man had tried edging towards the door so I had to shut it. Then we had people randomly ringing the doorbell throughout the night. No safety for people staying there as any person could go through!

Was a decent cost effective stay, could do with a bit of a facelift.

Superb location, great price, and was generally decent quality for money. Liked the window portion of the balcony.

The single beds, hate them!!! Otherwise the apartment was a bit basic and tired, the toaster tripped the electrics when using it. The front door was sticking when tried to open, and it had the slowest lift in terms of getting it to come to the 23rd floor. In fairness, couldn’t grumble too much at the price.

Huge balcony with a wonderful sea view , I was on the 24th floor. Lovely and clean, great kitchen facilities and a washing machine. Easy to collect keys and drop off, highly recommend!

No shelving in bathroom for shampoo etc and they no longer have British tv channels being of a certain age we no longer spend our nights on the strip but prefer to go out all day and stay in at night

Paying for Air Con and when the Shower was on full it flooded the Bathroom as the Shower Tray didn't have a lip on to keep water in and the drain was directly under the Shower Head so was stood on when showering.

Good location

We stayed as a group and multiple people had things go missing. Seeing as it is a closed apartment block, it has to have been a cleaner or someone who works there who had access to our room. 3 jewellery boxes were taken, a handbag, a watch, and a speaker. After that, we no longer felt safe in where we were staying. Hiring a safe wasn’t offered to us like the aircon was. It’s also not really something you expect to have to deal with on your holiday either so we didn’t pay for it.

Rooms etc were very dated but just ideal for what we went for! location was good too and the pool was decent. 2.50 pints in the bar under hotel too! cant complain about that. we were allowed to make as much noise as we wanted too.

Air con - had to pay extra and it was absolutely shocking. one air con vent in a big huge apartment. Did not cool down the apartment at all at. girls ended up sleeping on the hard tiled floor to keep cool in the 36 degree heat. absolutely ridiculous!! The checking in was also stupid too. had to check 9 girls in online which took an hour and a half for all the details they needed then the rooms were not ready when we got there. we had two rooms, one was ready at 3 and one at 5 which again was not ideal when we were a big group. the receptionists were lovely however the address on booking.com is not the address that you collect your keys from - abit confusing!!! we ended up at a hotel with a very rude unhelpful receptionist. We had requested a low floor and again this was not followed up we were on the 20th and 23rd floor and the lifts were small and hot!!

The location wasn’t too bad

Lack of kitchen equipment upon arrival. 4 made up beds when it was booked for 6. Other peoples dirty clothes still left - the sofa bad was filthy. No sheets had been put on this or were available to put over a duvet cover we found in a cupboard. The apartment is extremely dated and scruffy, holes in walls, plynths, curtains etc. nothing like the photos we booked against

An enjoyable stay, the bar staff were excellent and cheerful and very helpful.

Spacious clean and well equipped property for 3 people, the property had all the amenities. The walk wasn’t too far from the entertainment and shops.

Only one toilet roll was left for 3 people, the shower ran cold for one day and the washing machine was hard to figure out how to use.

location is great , reception was also great , they have provided us all the infos we needed . Nice view from the apartment , and the terrace is very convenient

furniture outdated , needs to be replaced as well as kitchen section , also not huge fan of charging almost everything , towels 5 euros and you get only two towels for a whole week , linens 15 euros , and worst in my opinion , 10 euros for a daily use of AC . Rather charge higher price with the amenities included not that you have a feeling that the air you are breathing is going to be charged to you .
