Recently totally refurbished apartment to Benicabo Property Managements high standards,
Edificio Alteanos is set in a large complex area offering good views across Benidorm and just 550 meters (7 min walk) back from the Levante beach. Having under gone an extensive rebuild this winter, this apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with comfort in mind. The 2 bedrooms each have air-conditioning as does the lounge, this doubles as heating in the winter time offering an all year comfortable apartment. 2 bathrooms of which 1 is an en-suite add to the luxury and comfort of this apartment. The fully fitted kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook a full meal giving you the feel of "home from home". At just under 100 sq/m of living space this apartment is more than suitable for up to 6 people to enjoy a holiday to remember. The grounds of the complex offer a large swimming pool with a dedicated children's pool for play time while the parents can sunbathe in the green gardens surrounding it. The complex also offers a closed area car park.

Had a lovely week here.
Central enough to be able to walk to all parts of the town. Old and new. Buses within walking distance to visit further villages.
Nice clean pool.
Great markets and great restaurants in the old town. Prices in bars and restaurants were fair👍.
This apartment served us well for the week.

Home from home spotless apartment which didn’t disappoint, with all amenities close by and sun on the terrace all afternoon. The complex is well looked after and very quiet. Alistairs communications were spot on and he met us at the gate to show us around . We will deffo return if available the next time we’re in Beni.

Very quick and friendly communication from Alistair from initial booking over a year ago. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and a huge balcony with sturdy furniture. It’s in a residential block so no sun beds but the pool was lovely and quiet and plenty of grass and a couple of benches to relax on. Sharon and Alistair gave us clear information and unexpectedly - and very much appreciated - let us check in early and out late due to flights. Location was good, lots around. Highly recommend.
