Great location and good sized apartment with everything that you need. Great communication from the owners Ali & Shaz.

Nothing to be critical about.

This is a fantastic, modern, spacious and well equipped apartment located on the 8th floor (accessed via a lift) in a large block. The outside balcony is huge (only two apartments in the entire building have balconies) giving a great view of the town. Ideally located for all the fun Benidorm has to offer, with the strip just a couple of minutes walk. Despite this, it is peaceful at night (well the early hours by the time we got to bed). We were met upon arrival by Alistair and his wife, couldn't be more helpful, lovely people and the check-in and out process was easy. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

Fast keys handover. Great location. Parking place with sunshade. Nearby beaches, nearby old town centre. Very nice place, very nice landlord.

Although we know that Benidorm is a tourist destination, I have to mention two things that we're not happy about: the restaurant at the ground - some nights were very, very noisy. Also, there is a big hotel nearby, maybe 200-300m. Hotel stuff, unfortunately, is very obsessed with loud music, sound till early night hours. It's not a big thing, you can live with this, but you have to accept this.

Location and balcony were a great bonus
