An enjoyable stay, apartment was clean and spacious, centrally located, all within walking distance

Location was excellent on the beach and easy access to shops, Bars etc. Apartment was very spacious with an amazing view of the beach. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Some of the apartment could do with updating, several window latches need replacing, kept blowing open in the winds.

The double room is very dark, no real window or aircon. Very small can barely walk around the bed. No shower in double room despite being stated as 4 bed 4 bathrooms. Furniture is in need of being updated and in need of maintenance.

Fantastic large apartment with amazing views

Fantastic views! Great locality. Clean, amazing spacious apartment lots of welcome treats including (wine, water, coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk.

The keys to the outer doors are copy's and do not fit. Other guests had the same issue. One night we couldn't get in and another night the key was jammed into the lock and we had to leave it behind.

Going to the office first the keys and then dropping the keys back off is inconvenient. Shame you can’t be greeted at the property. My elderly mum loved the apartment, but never have gone there without us due to the keys situation

Cold with no heating facilities It says it has 4 bathrooms but one of them is just a toilet and sink The 4 th bedroom was like a dungeon small pokey with no windows away from the rest of the rooms basically an afterthought at the back of the property I would say it was more like a store room with a bed in it pictures are very misleading

Out of this world loved everything about it.

We were taken by surprise when we arrived at the property it was nice and big and the view was amazing. Loved waking up and sitting on the couch or the outside table looking out over the sea what a beautiful place.

The size everything was perfect for us as a adult family. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful.

THE KEYS Ain't WORKING

The location was phenomenal and having the beach just a step from the front door was really lovely! apartment was clean and there was so much space! The balcony was just amazing and what a view! The staff were so helpful!

The only thing that wasn't great was the key situation when it worked it was amazing and so easy and beyond secure but when it didn't connect at 5am after drinking far too many wines it wasn't ideal when the lovely staff member came to see us and brought a set of keys we thought this was much better but in fact the key then got stuck in the lock which wasn't good again The staff member was great coming to help once again! We laugh now at the keys scenario but at the time the stress was real! We'll talk about The Keys forever when talking about Beni!

The location was amazing. The property setup was terrific for us. Would definitely recommend.

We didn’t have internet for the first few days but it was sorted. Also pickup and drop off of the keys could be made easier. Possibly just by leaving the keys in the apartment as we left? But would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location with superb views.

The location is fantastic for the beach and also the old and new towns. The views during sunrise and sunset are brilliant, The apartment was slightly dated, but clean and the amenities were great. We rented the apartment for 5 as we were on a cycling holiday. The apartment accommodated the cycling bikes too, any more than 6 and it would seem crammed but there was more than enough room. The only issue we experienced was the hot water ran out quickly.

excellent location, huge property! there were 6 women this was absolutely ideal. Roll out of bed and onto the beach. nightlife just around the corner or old town in the other direction. perfect location for lots of different people!

The pick up and drop off of the key was a pain but nothing that would make me not want to stay again. If I’m being very fussy the floors were bity since arriving. Everything else was clean tho.

Wonderful apartment, clean and tidy, spacious and in a fantastic location.

The lifts are old and on one occasion we got stuck inside the lift (this could have been due to the fact that there was 6 people in the lift). Be careful not to over load the lifts. This was the only complaint, everything else was peefect.

Collection of keys was from an office a long walk from the property. A lot of UK flights arrive early in the morning and arrival into Benidorm is before the 16:30 key collection time requiring transfer vehicle unloading visitors at office (they will not hang around) and the visitors then have a long, long walk with luggage to the apartment. The transfer companies charge an extra Euro 25 to go via collection point and another Euro 25 to drop off keys on return (for a 10 minute detour). I would suggest that the office offer to arrange transport (suitable for the guests and luggage THE GUESTS TO PAY) from the office to the apartment. I have a disability (walking problem) and pulling a heavy suitcase was painful and required alot of rest stops. Lack of Beach Loungers (umbrellas and beds) in the apartment and perhaps a small collapsable beach table - free

could do with a bit of modernizing and a few things need sorting like crack in glass , kitchen units need sorting , light fitting over the table not properly secured to the ceiling but wouldn’t put us off stopping here again

Collecting the keys from so far away is horrible as is returning the keys in the morning. The apartment was brilliant but it didn’t have any wow factor. The t.v On the balcony didn’t work, which was a let down as I would of liked to relax there.

All in all a great place to stay and although 18 floors up the lifts were really good.

The space in the villa was fabulous and the balcony area was amazing, we only use the pool on one day and it was fantastic and so peaceful, we wished we used it more often as the beach was so busy.

The main bedroom was wonderful, the other bedrooms were ok but no where near as nice. so it was bit difficult to choose who had what. The shower in the smallest bathroom was broken off the wall so we just hand held it and the cubical wasn't very sturdy. Only one bedroom had a fan so there were 2 without. some of the lights didn't work in the living room. We did call someone regarding a blocked toilet and someone did fix this on the day.

Alojamiento con salón grande y buena terraza

La terraza

Tienes que ir lejos a por las llaves y para devolverlas hay que volver a ir! Si el número de matrícula con tiempo y cuando llegamos no funcionaba. Fue una odisea tener que ir de nuevo a la oficina a que me diesen otro parking y volver a ir al día siguiente cuando solucionasen lo del mío.
