El departamento es amplio, y aunque fuimos sólo tres personas, lo tomamos por la amplitud. Lo mejor es el aire acondicionado, funcionó estupendo todo el tiempo, y fue muy necesario porque esos días estuvieron caluroso y húmedos (sensación térmica ahogaba fuera de casa). La cocina es amplia, y tiene de todo para cocinar cómodamente, y en general todas las dependencias están muy bien habilitadas.
Hubo un solo hecho, y es que desde el baño de la habitación del final del pasillo, emanaba muy mal olor. Al llegar era pesado, pero con el uso fue despareciendo, se entiende que es un problema externo de las cañerías del edificio, y lo que hicimos fue echar a correr agua y ponerle jabón. Fuera del edificio, asunto ajeno al departamento alquilado, hay justo unos contenedores de basura, vi que en la noche muchos chicos que pasan orinan ahí, de día el olor es muy molesto. hay que hacer algo, o quitar los contenedores, o limpiar con agua y lejía a diario, etc.
