Wonderful views, central to Levante Beach

Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with sea view and it was lovely! View is insane, plus you get your own private sunbeds! Would absolutely stay in.

The shower door got stuck closed a couple times and the elevator was a little bit scary!

The second bedroom has no storage for clothes and the mattress was too hard for my preference. The bathroom is compact but it works.

It's a must!

The whole experience was 10/10. The view from the balcony to sit and chill in the day was fantastic. Big sliding doors turned on the chrismtas songs on boxing day and it's like it wasn't december. Saulo was an amazing person to organise the room for us he kept in touch when the room was ready and clean and gave us a later check due to a water issue in one of the bathrooms. I couldn't have asked for more. Oh this place is 10 minute walk from the tavern.

Booking. Com arranged the worst room at the Arenal Suite. Nothing like the pic & what we were excepting. The host couldn’t do anything for the 1st night but after we paid for an upgrade to a room which we were expecting it was fantastic. Booking.com need to make it clear they will book you in the worst room

Good but felt a bit underwhelmed with the photo from the balcony.

I liked the location, place is nice, they did come in and give us fresh towels too which was lovely, love the fact it’s all codes so no need to worry about keys.

We only booked this place because From the pictures the balcony wrap around with the perfect sea views was going to be what we was after, however this was not the case, we had a balcony which was a lot smaller and faced another hotel. Sort of ruined it thinking we was getting that view of the pictures and then having the smaller single balcony was a huge let down, beds are ok didn’t sleep too well but I felt secure at all times and staff were really nice.

Fantastic apartment & stay

Everything! Friendly reception, spacious with plenty of storage. Spotlessly clean with a little clean pack. The fantastic balcony, view and location really made it for us. Beds including sofabed, were all comfy. Such a great price between 4 of us. We’ll definitely book again when we return.

Location, design, air con! Location again!

The fixtures and fittings were tired and the apartment was in need of some maintenance. The front door handle came off and we were almost trapped inside. There was also dirt in the en-suite and there a previous visitors sanitary towel stuck to the wall behind the door.

Great location, on the seaside and close to many supermarkets and services. Easily accessible. Room was comfortable, bright and spacious. Staff kind and quick in responding for info or other questions.

Given the price requested, i would have expected a bit better quality and services - door of the shower wasn’t closing fully, as well as the windows of the balcony; sun beds in the balcony weren’t super clean and there was some dust in a few areas; a few amenities were missing from the kitchen and bathroom ( for example no shower gel provided etc); sometimes running water was fully missing for a few hours

A most enjoyable stay in as spectacular apartment with gorgeous views.

The location was exceptional as it was just up from the beach with a beautiful sweeping view of the Levante beach and beyond. It was a sparkling clean and modern apartment and the view was breathtaking. We were met by the super friendly and efficient manager Saulo who went out of his way to make our stay extremely pleasant. He was very helpful and gave us lots of good advice. The daily cleaning pack was cute and very helpful and there were gorgeous smelling body washes, shampoo and hand wash in all the bathrooms. All these little touches made for a very enjoyable stay. The kitchen was also very well equipped and there was a big dining room table with lots of chairs inside the apartment as well as a large table on the terrace which cried out for some Spanish Sangria while watching the spectacular sunsets.

Completely misleading and false advertised dirty apartment

I like that there was a washing machine.

The pictures shown for “ocean view” are completely misleading and false. They show beautiful front facing oceanview rooms and when we got there we were giving a “lateral oceanview. ” Nowhere while were making the reservation for it, did it give us an option to choose “full ocean vs. lateral view” I had another apartment booked at a different building with full front oceanview and let go of that one when I saw the pictures of this building , only to be completely mislead and lied to. I expressed our dissatisfaction with the attending person, and all he did was provide me with owner’s cellphone. We never heard from owner in all Of 4 nights there. We booked 2 separate rooms 1a and 1b. Room 1a not only was another mislead with the “lateral oceanview” but the view was completely blocked off by scaffolding structure right in front of the view, again NO WHERE in the description of this booking does it state that this is an possibility, again never heard from admistration after expressing our discontent, I booked this room for my sisters birthday and anniversary and they had ZERO view, but wait it gets betters, upon our arrival both toilets of rooms still had URINE from previous guests, when we showed pictures to attendant he said “it’s not urine, its rust” Well guess what? WE got cleaning products and it came right off. They are horrible cleaners! The sofa bed.. is a complete disgrace and I don’t know how they are allowed to even have those in the rooms, full of stains and dirt… only a drunk, dirty person would sleep there. Also, the door track for the bathroom in room 1b is hanging by a thread…be careful! There are Nao curtains or blinds in any of the rooms, the only way to have privacy from neighboring apartments is my closing the shutters on the doors, leaving your trapped, good luck if you suffer from claustrophobia. I would never recommend my family nor friends to stay here! Again, the fact that we expressed all of these concerns to the staff and we never once heard,

Building Site

Pleasant man on "Reception" when we arrived.

The building was covered in scaffolding and tarpaulin. There were major works going on. Nobody informed us. We were put in a horrible room , no balcony and over a pizzeria. It should be closed during renovations. Pure greed. This was not cheap by any means and we felt completely ripped off. Shame on you.

I like the entire set up of the apartment, very modern and very tidy. The view in the balcony is breathtaking. I will surely stay again and also highly recommended to everyone looking for a place to relax and stay in the heart of Benidorm.

We loved our visit, apartment recently refurbished, lovely decor, immaculate, clean, comfortable beds, bathrooms good, en-suite a little small but does it’s job, all you need in the kitchen, even coffee pods, tea and biscuits! Lovely lounge with balcony off, secured by electronic shutters. Air con in both bed rooms and lounge so all could keep comfortable at their own temperature. Beach so close, a few bars, not too loud. Excellent Italian restaurant just next door. Straight on to the prom and you couldn’t really ask for more.. everything in Benidorm is as close or far as you want you want to walk or taxi.
