Location! Exit from the entrance to the beach! Parking under the house.
The linen and towels were gray - we had to wash them (they immediately turned white).

Views are spectacular.
Property is well laid out and perfect for two people. Plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothing etc.
Very modern bathroom.
Touch buttons for lights, blinds etc was a good idea.
Quiet but for those very very sensitive to noise you can hear chatting from the promenade and beach below. At night there are very few about the front of the property, therefore noise is unlikely.
