Fantastic and spacious apartment in a great location

Location was fantastic, the facilities are much bigger and the apartment is much more substantial that it appears in the images. Lots of space for 6 people. You could quite easily fit 8-10 in the apartment for the space.

Collecting the keys from the other side of Benidorm is not particularly convenient. I had to be dropped off and then find transport to the old town and back in order to enter the property. Neighbours are very sensitive, we are very sensible and were complained about for ringing our own doorbell (I'm not sure how else we are supposed to get in the apartment), the neighbours make A LOT of noise around 6-8am and this isn't very courteous. Not something the apartment owner can control, but did feel very unfair. The toiletries weren't great, though fortunately we brought our own.

Lovely immaculate property, although there was a lot of mosquitoes and we were all badly bitten

Lovely spotless accommodation. No issues, however picking up keys was a trek after a long flight, and we were given all the wrong instructions on how to enter propery. given a key for main gate that did not work, there was a intercome with code access was not told about this or given code just a key that did not fit lock. Thankfully we arrive in daytime and other guest told us how to get in. This could be a major problem for someone arriving out of hours.

Amazing location

The views were lovely and the location was perfect. Very clean and a lovely place to stay. Will definitely come back.

My only (small) complaint was that the beds weren’t very comfortable and we were cold in the night as there wasn’t extra blankets to put on. Just one blanket each. But it wasn’t enough to put us off returning as the apartment was excellent.

Todo muy limpio. Apartamento grande y bastante bien amueblado . Los colchones de las 3 habitaciones principales son buenos.Está con buenas vistas del salón y sales directamente a la playa. Al centro hay 30 minutos andando

El aire acondicionado era insuficiente. Cuando se ponía el termo a funcionar se iba la luz, así que nos quedamos sin calor.Tiene ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, pero no hay suficiente potencia de luz. Todas las habitaciones se han ganado de las terrazas, con lo que son muy frías y supongo que en verano hará mucha calor. Pasamos mucho frío. Fuimos en la semana de Reyes . Tienen que aumentar mucho la potencia del apartamento. Aire, termo agua y cocinar son incompatibles

Las vistas y la terraza. Es una pasada.

Es un apartamento que en invierno hace muchísimo frío. El problema es que sólo hay un aparato de bomba de calor en el salón, pero como la potencia contratada de luz es baja, saltaba constantemente. Había un calefactor pero inviable ponerlo también porque saltaba. No podías poner mas de dos cosas a la vez. Además, Sólo había 3 mantas pero es verdad que al día siguiente cuando las pedimos, al poco rato nos trajeron más. La conclusión es que de 8 personas, 6 nos hemos puesto malas…

La hora de entrada es pésima, no puede ser posible que entres alas 17:00 horas y debas salir alas 10:00 es una estafa y los empleados en la oficina un poco bordes

Amplio apartamento en primerísima línea de la playa 🏖️

El apartamento es magnífico. Amplio, limpio, cómodo y bien decorado. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. La plaza de aparcamiento también está bien (es en el exterior, pero dentro de la urbanización). El apartamento tiene casi de todo. No hay lavavajillas. Pero hay que reconocer que el personal de Mundo Booking tiene un montón de detalles de bienvenida (botellas de agua, café, té, azúcar, sal, aceite, vinagre....) En los cuartos de baño papel higiénico, un kit con cepillo de dientes, pasta, peine, gel, champú.... Hay toallas suficientes, sábanas, mantas... Y sí, hay dos cuartos de baño, ambos con ducha. La lavadora es bastante nueva y funciona muy bien. En la cocina hay ollas, sartenes, utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos, cubiertos... Tiene dos terrazas, la más grande es la que tiene vistas al mar y el suelo tiene un césped artificial muy gordito y muy cómodo. Está muy bien. Quedamos muy contentos con el apartamento y con el servicio de Mundo Booking.

Es algo que, lógicamente, no depende del apartamento, pero la playa tiene roca (cuando accedes al agua), aunque en la arena puedes poner las sombrillas sin problema (en nuestro caso 5) También está un poquito lejos del casco antiguo (que es la zona que más nos gusta), pero un apartamento en primerísima línea de la playa y de ése tamaño y a ése precio... Está fenomenal, la verdad.

Las habitaciones están en lo que antes era una terraza por lo que el aislamiento es nulo y en días como lo que nos ha tocado, con frío, viento y lluvia, se hace imposible el descanso por el frío. Las mantas son insuficientes y el apartamento solo tiene el calor del aire acondicionado del salón y un calefactor para 3 habitaciones y dos baños que además no se pueden poner juntos porque saltan los plomos. El chek in es tarde (a partir de las 17 horas) y en una oficina en una calle peatonal en el centro de Benidorm donde es difícil parar el coche y a 2,3 km del apartamento. Es cierto, que nos adelantaron una llave antes pero tuvimos que volver para recoger otra y el mando del parking, por lo que no pudimos aparcar hasta la tarde. El chek out es muy pronto (antes de las 10 horas)
