Veracruz 10-C Deluxe Apartment Levante Beach

Very clean, it had an ensuite and shower room. Right on beach front with amazing views

Only one set of keys and one of the lifts were broken and if other people were using the working lift it took ages and it only allows up to 4 people in at one time

Location, view, cleanliness,aircon

Nothing to dislike

Location fantastic, big roomy apartment..balcony great

On 2nd day went 2 office to ask if we could hav a proper full size ironing board..Tiny mini board in flat totally useless for 3 adults..on a 10 night stay you need 2 iron..the board only suitable for baby clothes, not that interested, just kept stating the apartments are owned privately so nothing they can do..Not helpful at all and usually they are..Very small sofa, no way suitable if 4 adults wer in flat...sofa needed replacing anyway, had a throw over it..The two wicker chairs on balcony far 2 uncomfortable 2 sit on..at least needed some seat cushions but ther was a lovely big table and chairs also..but id remove the wicker stuff..i note its been commented on before..no coffee table at all...most apartments hav small coffee table, i had noticed this before goin but again told nothing booking.com can do

The pros are location, size of the apartment.

The Cons..the showers were not only tiny, the drain in both showers was full of sand so it took forever for the water to drain. There was an awful smell which was also present in the bathroom. Also the kitchen is not very well equipped and half of the cabinets were not properly installed so it's always a hassle to open and close the cabinet doors.
