Great stay!

Amazing location. Great parking options. On the beach front and walking distance to the Levante 'strip'. Great view of the sea and very spacious.

This property is very very dated and tired and locations of power outlets are not convenient; however the location, size and helpfulness of the staff make this irrelevant.

Great views in the economy apartment on the 12th floor!

Apartment was lovely. Floor 12 apartment 4 has stunning views of the island, beach and Benidorm coastline - a really special place to have breakfast!

I didn't like not paying over booking.com. When reserving the room I was contacted by Levante Trip Apartments with an IBAN and had to manually transfer the funds. This led to me paying more than anticipated (poor rates with my bank) and an extra €15 euros due to the bank fee. This could have been due to me booking so late, but it wasn't ideal and is not something I have had to do with previous bookings.

Nice to woken up by the sea.

The location, waking up listening to the sea. The sheets and towels were replaced every Friday between 9 and 11 in reception so we didn’t have to wash them on our 1 months stay.

We found three cockroaches in the kitchen work surface when we arrived, maybe it should have been checked before guests were given the keys. When we did inform reception they did send someone to remove them and spray the area.

Amazing location and perfect time for holiday

The apartment was clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. It had everything you need for life. It was a pleasure to be there and the incredible view from the window made our mood both morning and evening.

Great apartment for family and value for money.

It was great that the girl waited for us to arrive at 10pm. Location excellent. Excellent view of beach. Great value for money. The elevators were always available to use and there were no loud young guests in the apartments. Therefore, a great location for a family trip.

It was difficult trying to contact the host a few days prior to arrival as the phone contact number rang out. The wifi didn't work during our stay. There was a Spanish man at reception every morning but he didn't speak English and he told me to ring the contact number that was unanswered. Luckily there is no roaming charges for Irish tourists, so we used the wifi on our phones. It's a pity that there was not a swimming pool available for the children.

Our booking time was 10pm on our booking we got there for 9:30 nobody was there to let us in and they don't answer any phone calls didn't get into our apartment till nearly 1am and had to pay late booking fee iswel.

the weather was nice..nice sea veiw the security guards very nice

nothing went welll ..there was no safe so that creayed a big problem where to hide monies ,passport,,and other things you put in safe...the tv didnt work the remote was u/s i complained nothing was done..the toilet wount flush the kettlle was full off rrust the toaster the same after complaining again we had one after 2 days..the feeling i had this appartment was not up to standard for money we paid..we just had to make the most off it ,,one off the bunk beds collapsed as one off the dining chairs broke with my weight ..overhall the appartment needs a total refit ..ithink myself its been empty a long time..i give it 4 out off 10

The views were exceptional....we were made very welcome on arrival, and everything you.could need for a self catering holiday abroad was provided. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances looked quite new and the shower was hot and easy to use. All very good. Would definitely return.
