Appartment was brilliant great location and spot on for our needs - as a group of seven 2 keys can be awkward so a different way of entering the appartment would be better or even a key safe outside the door, also the kettle did not work and cleaning up after ourselves was difficult as the was no dustpan

The location The two bathrooms Felt safe, secure yet central Excellent service and communication from Nana, too.
Lack of WiFi wasn't a problem but is literally the only negative thing that I can think of.

The location is fantastic and the fact you have parking space is also a huge bonus in the middle of Benidorm.
The apartment is in much need of some tlc, with wardrobe doors not working so couldn't use the wardrobe. The sliding door also doubled as the ensuite bathroom door which meant the bathroom door could not be closed. The doors to the balcony were also broken and very difficult to close and lock. Nothing that a good diy person could sort out very quickly....
