Great location in the heart of the new town. Very well equipped apartment with everything we needed and very clean. Close to the beach and an easy walk to the old town.
The showers are difficult to get into for people of reduced mobility as they are over the bathtubs (but this was more of a 'me' issue as I am waiting for hip surgery - the rest of my party had no problem).

Great location
Air conditioning continually leaking Sink in one bathroom really lose Very average showers It’s absolutely fine for a few days Messages requesting a score of 10 to help them is a little egregious. It’s nowhere near the worst apartment in Benidorm, but it’s absolutely nowhere near the best.

wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. The facilities were exceptional and everything was spotlessly clean . Having two bathrooms was a welcome luxury. We would definitely stay here again if available.
Everything was perfect.

Property was very clean
Air conditioning was terrible. Leaked just about every night and over spilled onto floor although containers had been emptied before going out at night. This was very dangerous and any one of us could have had a bad accident. When any hair dryers were switched on, it caused the lights to trip leaving people in the dark, again dangerous especially if you were in the bath!
