Great location. Great space. Well stocked for cutlery/cups/plates etc. Plenty of sockets. Excellent storage. Plenty of hot water etc.

Floor was in desperate need of a hoover. Even after we brushed there was sand/Dust that remained. A quick once over with a hoover would've sorted it.

Fantastic location. Huge balcony with amazing beach view. Very secure.

Late check-in isn’t great, we arrived in Benidorm at 12:00 and had to spend 4 hours in the sun with all of our luggage. You then have to get a taxi to collect the keys, because it’s quite far away. There are other, more customer-friendly solutions to that problem. No air conditioning. Small fans provided in the bedrooms, but they’re not effective when it’s very hot. We had to sleep with all the doors and windows open to be able to breathe. Very limited in terms of space to put things - could benefit from some shelves being added to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Kettle needs replaced, covered in limescale. Balcony is huge but only has cheap plastic seats, would be fantastic to add some loungers or proper deck chairs so that you can sit and relax. A lot of wasted space. Main front gate was difficult to open every time, key gets stuck. Overall it’s currently a wasted opportunity, would be easily lifted from a 6/10 to a 9/10 with maybe €1000 of investment from the owners.
