Lovely modern apartments in old town, closec to shops and beach

Great location in old town. Clean, tidy, functional apartment with sea view from cute balcony. Great soundproofing when windows and doors closed. Online check before arrival and managed to get keys by 2 oclock. Great responses when messaging.

Slight drains smell on entry to our apartment. No wardrobe in the front bedroom, only shelves. Very small lift. We were on 3rd flight and had to take it in turns to go up and down in the lift or use the stairs. Bit much at age 68 and 72. Otherwise, all good 👍

Good apartment, excellent shower, the extras such as coffee pods and toiletries were great. Lisboa isn’t big but had everything. Would definitely recommend.

Apart from the incident when vacating the apartment to return home the stay was excellent.

The property is excellent

The only reason all the scores are not excellent is that on the day of departure my sister and I vacated the apartment and my sister got into the elevator from the third floor which descended about a foot then stopped. It is a single person lift very claustrophobic she was very distressed. There were no staff on site as it was 0645 and we were due for a coach transfer at 0720. She pressed the alarm but obviously communication was difficult. I was very upset so called the police who in turn called the fire services. She was eventually freed after spending over an hour extremely distraught and we had missed our coach transfer and had to take a taxi to the airport at a cost of 85.45 euros. I messaged Mundo booking office but they have not acknowledged or replied so very disappointing.

We stayed for 3 Days 2 nights. Everything is good. Except The WIFI ❌, NETFLIX ❌and HOT WATER ❌ was only available for an hour when we arrived at the apartment then after that it disappeared and we cannot connect or even if we can connect there’s no Wifi connection. ❌ for 3 Days 2 NIGHTS we can’t Connect to the WIFI, NETFLIX NOR HAVE HOT WATER.

Great little apartment

Superb little apartment in a superb location. This apartment has everything you need in a very cleverly designed small space. Super easy check in and check out process, communicated well to us with a video instruction

If you're looking for peaceful, then this isn't for you.The back room is near a school, so if visiting during Spanish term time, it gets noisy early with shouting children. The front bedroom overlooks the little street, so cafes put out their tables and chairs early in the morning and definitely not quietly 😉 but this location is cracking, so if you want convenience and a relatively cheap stay, then it's perfect.

Nice stay

Nice clean apartment, there were 2 of us, so we had a room each. Good facilities, clean comfortable beds. Big fridge and freezer and washing machine. Excellent location almost right in the old town, and very close to the beach.

If there were 4 of us staying it would have been too small really. Balcony only just enough space for 2 to sit. Electric blinds didn't go all the way down so room was lit up with the blue outside lighting all night. No windows in 2nd bedroom.

The apartment itself inside is lovely, however, the man on reception is rude, abusive and awful.

The man on reception. He was awful, if you want to be charged £200 for losing a plastic room key - do not stay here! He shouted and screamed at us tried to lock my friend in the office and he threatened to get his Columbian friends to pay us a visit.
