Clean and convenient
The lights on the outside of balcony,
No blanket . And a bit of noise from the umbrella stands down stairs in bars

The apartment was compact but well equiped and very clean. Nice complementary touches with some tea, coffee, small bottles of water for use on arrival. The apartment is in a very central location in the old part of benidorm with shops and restaurants cafes etc - but importantly not overly noisy at night as mainly shopping area. Also 2 min walk to beach. Parking available at additional cost.
The lights on the outside of the apartment windows itself were a bit of an issue when trying to sleep - they are on all night and even with the blinds lowered cause light disturbance. The underground parking is tight if your car is on the larger side.

The room was very clean, modernly renovated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—it's in the center of the old town, an easy 50-meter walk to the sea, and easy access to the action, also 50 meters away.
The portable sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach in the room exceeded my expectations; I enjoyed taking them to the beach.
A minor inconvenience was the motion sensor, which turned on the light by the door every time I passed by; I never found a button to turn it off. Also, unfortunately, there were no frying pans or pots in the room, although there was a stove.
