Apartment was as described, would sleep 8 comfortably, we were a group of 6 so had no issues, there were 2 decent sized toilet/showers, a big kitchen, large lounge area with a sofa bed, 2 dbl rooms and a twin room, air con in living room and 1 bedroom, big fans in the others. Perfect location 2 mins walk from dove fountain, ideal for the old town or Poniente, they send you a kind of app on your phone that you use to access the building and apartment. We would definitely stay here again with no worries.

Was a little confusing getting the access details but once that was sorted everything was fine.

Location was fab, just a small road from the beach, easy check in and access to the apartment.. we was low on towels and a bed cover was missing but the owner promptly dropped both items off. Great size for a group, we had a really chill stay and served its purpose on a budget.

Not much natural sunlight until really late afternoon, A lot of dust came out of the living room air con and water was dripping so was unable to use it. Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom which didn’t last long with a group.

Very nice apartment, big and comfy. Lovely area, shortish walk to the new town. Great value for money.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were dated and in need of refurbishment/replacement. Minor things like handles/windows, shower fittings.

Space, location

Drain smell in both bathrooms. Not enough towels, only supplied 2 large towels and one small for 2 people. Half toilet roll in one of bathrooms. No shower mat No luggage facility on departure. Only one set of keys. No instructions for air con, tv Tv remote didn’t work. Unable to change channels. No Netflix etc No dishwasher tablets
