Fort Knox.

Very hard to find. The online check-in wouldn't work so I could not gain access. The host couldn't really help as there was a language barrier. In the end after two hours attempting to get in I gave up and booked another hotel.

Found the keys collection process simple , very spacious and perfect for what we wanted - will be back again very soon !

Very spacious - We had a mixed family group including grandparent parent uncles daughters and there was 5 people total and still loads of room . we did not feel we were cramped or on top of each other at all -

Not much. Although the location was perfect

Initially we were given an address to collect the keys, without a door number or name of the address. Then we were Whatsapp'd and given another address which was a 30 minute walk away in a bar. We walked to this address and as we were there a bit early to collect the keys we decided to have a drink. (not a problem we were on holiday). Then once the keys were ready we were messaged again to go back to the first street we left. Had we been older or disabled this would have been a bigger problem than it was. Though one of our party had an injury and was struggling to walk, so we got a taxi to finally collect the keys. All in all this spoilt our initial thoughts of the property. Once at the property we decided to have a cup of tea, only to find the kettle had rust in the bottom (Luckily we had taken our own). There were no tea towels or cloths to wipe down the surfaces in the kitchen and the fridge had a rusty dent in the door. No draining space to put washed dishes. In one of the bathrooms there was rust and calcium around the bottom of the shower door. One towel per person which would only be usable for a child.

Large 3 bed/2 bath apartment in very good location

Very tired decor. Walls damp, dirty and mouldy in several areas. NO LOCK ON EXTERNAL PATIO DOOR. (Relied on shutters) Two settees were comfortable but stained and uninviting. Irritating things like bath towels being small. Only one hand towel per bathroom ( no good for women to dry hair after showering). Nowhere to put toiletries in shower cubicle. Lamps with no bulbs in. Really, REALLY uncomfortable dining chars. No hairdryer. No extra bedding. Clock that had no batteries in. One of my top complaints was the fact we had extremely poor communication with the management company and even had to fetch a key from a shop 10 minutes walk away...directions for which we were given only after several emails and phone calls to request it The absolute worst thing was having only 1 key between 4 of us. I asked for 1 more at least and was told only 1 key. That's just ridiculous.....we wasted a great deal of our holiday waiting around for each other to get into the apartment.

We couldn't get the internet ...the information provided about network and password didn't match with the place.... I recommend accommodation with parking place provided, for who is traveling by car, .otherwise is a huge huslle to find one.

Great lovely clean accommodation. But booking and obtaining a key a nightmare.

Clean tidy and large

WiFi was not working. The process to provide documents ID was awful. Took 2 hrs to upload pics as the system did not work. Frustrating. Could not get key pick up details until 34 mins before agreed time at 4.00 to enter property. We waited 5 hrs between arrival in Benidorm and getting into the property. Felt comms were automated. VERY FRUSTRATING AND VERY NON CUSTOMER FOCUSED. Two of our group loved the accommodation but despised the process to get keys. As a result, they would never use you again. I'm undecided. The process got 1 out of 10.

Location was perfect. Apartment was large and as listed. Close to beach and super market. Good value for money

One of the bathrooms smelt so bad, like a sewage smell, that we could not use it and had to keep the door closed otherwise the smell was throughout the entire apartment. The balcony window shutter was permanently closed as the electric opener did not work and the door to the balcony lock was broken so we could not lock it. As we were only staying for 2 nights and we were on the 2nd floor we put up with these issues.

The key collection procedure is very long and complicated , and they only give one set of keys which makes it very difficult, when you are sharing. or even if you are a couple and want to go out at different times etc. Plus no luggage storage on check out, or help with where we could leave our luggage

Really terribble! I traveled with a motor cyclce to this place The day befor i came to Benidorm i booked this apparment.We are older people (pensionada) I could not sent him a mail, so i called him about 10 times,that he could see my pasport at the appartment. I was waiting for 2 ours in the front of the appartment, but he didnot show up!! I called also booking.com,and also they could not reach him!! I had to book another hotel in Benidorm!! Terrible, don't book with this guy!! Like i, you will loose your money!

- close to the beach - large and nicely furnished apartment

- cleanliness leaves something to be desired (dust on doors and windows, bad sewage smell in the bathroom, cockroaches in the bathroom) - no mention in the ad about the 200 € guarantee (we were informed about the guarantee after we paid the accommodation; if we knew about the guarantee before, we would not have booked because we were stressed that we would not be refunded) - poor communication with the property staff (only by messages with the agency - no answering the phone if called; keys are taken from a lady on the street, who does not accompany to the accommodation - lady only speaks Spanish)
