That's ok for your indipendence!

All was well organized in the room. The assistance of owner was kind and useful. The place is not far from the main seaside "Poniente" (5min).

Some occasional noise from internal courtyard and other nearby apartments. A little confused at arrival to find the right door. What about the Wi-fi code?

So handy having both a fridge and a washing machine. As a solo traveller wandering around Europe, it’s a lifesaver to find places where you can wash and dry your clothes (there’s even an airer just outside the window). The location was less than 10minutes from the beach and close to shops in the old town. I’d happily come back again. Thanks so much!

A bit on the dark side, but honestly no complaints for the price. If you prefer something brighter, the apartment next door is the better pick. Overall, I thought it was a little gem.

Great Location, But Some Practical Issues

I recently stayed at JL accommodation in Benidorm. The location was great and very convenient. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The bed was comfortable, but quite small for two people, especially if you're not slim.

The bathroom didn’t have a mat on the floor, which made it very slippery after taking a shower — a potential safety concern. The apartment had an oven, but unfortunately no oven-safe dish (like a Pyrex) to actually cook anything in. There were only two frying pans and a very small IKEA pot, which limited our cooking options. Lastly, I felt that providing just two bath towels and two face towels for a three-night stay wasn’t quite enough. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be much better.

La ubicación esta bien es el centro, pero para aparcar tiene en zona blanca tienes que irte lejos. El baño está bien

La cama se hundía no era nada cómoda, el cabecero de la cama da a una calle que hay mucho tránsito de coches y se escucha todo. Había olor a tabaco y faltaba alguna manta para la cama para ser invierno... la puerta no habría cuando llamamos.

В апартаментах є все необхідне для життя (посуд, техніка,фен, праска с докою, тощо), добре гріє кондиціонер, вдале планування. Також сподобалось детальна інструкція, як потрапити у житло.

Квартира має сліди тривалої експлуатації і мабуть із-за цього здається, що недостатньо чисто.Неприємно лягати у постіль і користуватись рушниками, мають неприємний запах і виглядають застарілими. Не вистачає теплої ковдри,є легкі покривала, якими користуються всі без підковдри і візуально видно, що рідко стираються.Те саме можу сказати за засоби гігієни (гель,мило,шампунь), краще їх зовсім не класти, аніж користуватися якимись залишками від гостей.Дуже дує з вікна над ліжком,якраз де голова, а у гостьовій зовсім не закривається. Чашки всі тріснуті. А ще, дуже цікавий дизайнерський умивальник,яким просто неможливо користуватися.І наостанок, у душі потрібні залізні нерви, щоб налаштувати потрібну температуру води. Я розумію, що квартира недорога, але багато непотрібно, щоб її зробити краще, потрібно просто додати гігієни.

Todo muy bien. Cómodo y aunque solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, llega a la habitación. Un poco de confusión al llegar con las instrucciones de las llaves, ya que en vídeo decía una cosa, pero muy buena comunicación cob las personas encargadas y muy majos. Todo solucionado rápidamente. Vale la pena por el tema precio/calidad. Lo recomiendo. Ubicación muy buena.

Faltaron toallas grandes para todas las personas que hacíamos parte de la reserva. Por lo demás todo genial.

Increíble alojamiento totalmente nuevo, con una estética rompedora y muy novedosa. La calidad de los acabados era muy buena.

Realmente no hay nada que destacar. Si algo fuera, es la pared tan fina que es la habitación con el piso de al lado y se escuchaba.

El estado general del apartamento era correcto, ya que es apreciable la reciente reforma realizada. Además, el diseño es coqueto y agradable.

El alojamiento sólo es recomendable para dos personas ya que el sofá cama del salón no es nada cómodo, ni siquiera para una noche. Además, las dimensiones del apartamento son bastante reducidas, no disponiendo de iluminación exterior. Las toallas y las sabanas de la cama, tenían marcas de manchas de usos anteriores. Tampoco se nos informó de si se disponía de más papel higiénico, ya que en el baño quedaba un rollo casi terminado, teniendo que buscar más. Finalmente había en el canapé. Tampoco se había repuesto gel en el dispensador de la ducha.

Nos encontramos el piso en excelentes condiciones, todo limpio, olia bien y super organizado. Un extra que nos encanto fue tener capsulas de cafe y de la lavadora a mano por si las necesitabamos❤️. El trato con el casero también fue muy amigable y nos recomendó muchas cosas

Apartamento coqueto, céntrico, limpio, con todo lo que te haga falta y muy cómodo

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica; es un pisito muy coqueto que tiene todo lo que hace falta (secador de pelo, gel y champú, plancha para ropa, vajillas, toallas, aire acondicionado) es muy limpio y muy bien amueblado. Por supuesto, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal 🤗

La verdad que soy bastante crítica, pero en esta ocasión todo ha sido perfecto. No puedo criticar nada de este alojamiento.
