There was a broken glass in the cupboard on arrival , my little girl was excited for the bunkbeds and didn’t realise the ladders were not attached and she fell and hurt her leg and hand leaving a bruise , there were holes in door which looked liked someone had punched and needed a lick of paint throughout

Photos was deceiving , it was a different apartment altogether . Cleanliness could have paid more attention , especially the ceiling fans , and electrical fixtures & outlets must be maintained for health & safety reasons. Furniture needs replacing or repaired .

Location short walk to beach, and old town center, taxi rank, about 100 meters. Large apartment in quirt street, not a whisper of music or crowds. Secure with 2 door security entry. Hot water all the time. Large shower with rain fall or power shower. AC in all rooms. TV in 3 rooms. Nice kitchen with 2 large fridges. You could be paying much more for a lot less somewhere else.

Only one set of keys, HOWEVER, left, left out of apartment towards beach is a shoe shop that cuts keys for 2 euro. Better if there were 2 towels per person and a change of sheets per week made available. Two / three flights of stairs. Registration requires you upload passport details (or manually fill in form) then sign, it's a simple agreement to observe a noise curfew after 10 pm and only yourselves to stay in the apartment. Don't panic.

Sneaks !!!!

The shower

Having to get the key from a rude man who wouldn't help with directions ! Was dark late and difficult to find. Just get a key safe !!!! Very dark on entering all the metal blinds were shut ,opened them to be told I'd broken them and needed to pay £130 !!!! Booking. Com told me NOT TO PAY !!! No wifi !!!!! At all !!! There is no light in the main bedroom, Batteries are gone in remote for the bedroom fan, absolutely red hot !!! The tile on the balcony cracked cut my toe open !!!!! £200 deposit is ridiculous!!! I didn't pay it, thankfully, or they would have kept it for the blind I didn't break !!!!!! No hair dyer and the tv doesn't have english, not that I care, but some do. Only a few minutes walk to the beach through a few building sites and very noisy !!! Dog on the bottom floor constantly barking at ridiculous hours. Very annoyed at the owners who played a good game pretending to send someone to sort the lights,blinds wifi nobody came and once they asked for £130 via Booking. Com ignored me. Also taking my phone number from Booking. Com and switching to WhatsApp is their sneaky way of hiding things from Booking. Com !!! They have 2 other apartments, and the reviews are terrible regarding very similar things to my problems. Beware !!!!! P.s. pillows like bricks !!

Location was good...apartment was great value for money. Very clean...had most things you would need.

No lift...taking suitcases upstairs was really hard!! No iron or ironing board...would have been useful. WiFi was very poor, couldn't connect.

Lost sunburned bocroys

The apartment was very large and had nice beds. It was well cleaned and maintained, The host communicated quickly and efficiently

Despite having google maps direct us to the correct street, from here nothing was possible. Our key went into the door (of the wrong apartment black) and we accidentally gained energy to someone's family home. We asked this kind man for some assistance as it had been a long hot day, and one of our party was suffering from sunburn on his top of his thin, wispy hair. After our new Spanish friend walked us around for what felt like 2 hours (and we tried seemingly 90% of the doors in benidorm) we finally gained entry. From here everything was amazing and we were very happy with the standard of the apartment. The only other problem was that I was in a bunk bed as I got last dibs but that can't be helped! Thank you!

the electricity cut out CONSTANTLY!!!!! it was absolutely ridiculous how often it went off - 15 times in 20 minutes… and this happened through the evening & all through the night - we had children who were too hot & scared of the dark so it wasn’t good when it went off. No air conditioner in spare soon, why. the folding bed in living room was unsafe & with no warning folding itself up during the night with 2 guests stuck inside & unable to get out without help. very scary!! I look forward to your reply

Good apartment to stay in Benidorm but be careful not to damage anything.

Big apartment with TV living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, three bedrooms and a good balcony, located 100 meters away from the maritime walk.

The street does not belong to a typical tourist destination, rather a random area in any part of the world without any special charm. Some furniture is quite old, for instance blinds, so you have to be really careful not to break anything because in that case it will be charged to your account.

Location

The hosts!! Possibly the worst booking experience we have ever had and not just in benidorm. Messed us around for hours trying to check in, couldn't get an honest or definitive answer to any questions, only interested in us paying a large security deposit. Finally we were INSTRUCTED to meet a random stranger on a dark street corner in the old town, they refused to meet us at the apartment! The stranger almost threw the keys at us and walked off, leaving us (strangers to that area) to hunt for the apartment address alone. When we finally found the building we did not know what number the apartment was so had to try our keys in every door to gain entry, much to the annoyance of the residents living in these apartments. The bed was disgusting covered in what we assume were body fluid stains, needless to say we stripped the bed and used another sheet etc. The clothes hanging rail had NO hangers? The facilities in the apartment were not provided as described on booking.com ( no toiletries etc) extremely disappointing

One set of keys for 3 grown men , said,Wed broken 3 glasses , we hadn't, total liie . Said,we had an extra person staying , so 4 instead of 3 , lie . They never once came near us . Charged us 25 , for late,check out , we wernt late , whats apped them on time,and told them we,were 20 metres,away having breakfast, charged 37 for an extra person who was staying who didn't exist ,no recourse as they are holding 200 of your money, terrible service , dint use .

The beds were too hard for us and the pillows were like sleeping on a brick. For 6 people it was difficult with there only being 1 bathroom and having to wait

Very poor

Clean house and the location

The house has air conditioner but when we on them, the light keeps going off from the main power fuse. The worse it's at 2am the light when off and we have to answer from the landlords. In an occasion we were cooking, and the light also went off about 6 times. The Internet impossible to connect, so I stayed without the Wi-Fi, very annoying. The staff hardly answer calls or return calls. The location and the house are OK nothing to complain. 200 euros deposit in case of damage etc I found it too expensive for the experienced.

Pleasant

We arranged to meet the key holder at 3pm and we ended up waiting outside of the property for nearly an hour waiting for it to be finished cleaning. We believed because of this she rushed and did not notice a damaged handle which the previous guests (left that morning) broken. When checking out they charged us €50 and did not believe that it wasn't us who broke it. We will not be staying again because of this.

Nada mas llegar, nos dimos cuenta de que el cerrojo de la puerta estaba roto. Tuvo que venir la mañana siguiente el cerrajero a arreglarlo. Además, había bichos pequeños en la cocina. Pero por si fuera poco, en la segunda noche nos encontramos CUCARACHAS en nuestra habitacion, 2 para ser concreto. Salimos a ver si habia mas y habia otras 2 en la cocina. Pésima limpieza, pésimo mantenimiento y encima no aceptan la reclamacion de manera cordial y la anfitiriona deja de contestar... Peor experiencia en un alojamiento en toda mi vida. Hice fotos y videos, pero solo puedo adjuntar las fotos. Vergüenza me daría tener un alojamiento en ese estado anunciado

Pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée et pas un mot d’excuse ! Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, n’y a pas la clim dans chaque chambre. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Tout est sale. Chaises déchirées… À 400€ la nuit c’est tout simplement incroyable !
