Nice property and facilities in good location but not cheap.

Property was high quality, although could do with adding locks to bathroom doors for privacy and some screens and locks to en suite bathroom for privacy.

Had to wait to check in for a while due to late departure of previous guests. We didn't confirm our arrival time until the day of our stay however booking.com states check-in is from 3:00pm so would have expected to be able to check-in at this time. We had to occupy ourselves for an hour when we arrived which meant our plans for the afternoon were delayed somewhat whilst we waited which was not ideal.

Very good size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and 2 good sized bathrooms (1 en-suite) Excellent location for beach, bars and restaurants in the old town

We had a lot of trouble getting through the outer door to the apartment block, it took us anywhere between 2-10 minutes to get the lock to turn. I did highlight this issue whilst staying there but they were unable to get someone to look at until we had left. Hopefully this has be rectified

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, the appartment was nicely and modern deccorated, beds comfy and kitchen had everything that is needed. If any questions the owners answered us right away. Smart tv in all 3 rooms and in Livingroom. It takes you less than 5 min to the beach and 5 min to old town. Best appartment we had in our trip through Costa Blanca. Would rate them more if possible, thank you very much for our stay.

Excellent location for a relaxing stay, quiet at night, but not too far from nightlife. 5 mins walk to the beach. We contacted the owner with a few questions, he was helpful and responded quickly. We were 6 in our group, nobody had any negatives would definitely book again.

The property was in the heart of the Poniente area and metres from the beach. It has just been refurbished to a very high standard so was spotless. The owners were very helpful in showing me where car parking was and made our stay effortless.
