Spacious and value for money

I’ve Stayed in these apartments a couple of times now and will be definitely be booking again. The apartments are very spacious and have all the amenities you need. They are value for money. Right in the old town near bars and restaurants. Quick walk to the beach and about 20mins walk to the new town and the square.

Great accomodation for group of friends

Great location and a very spatious apartment. Perfect if you are coming with a group of friends or a big family. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

The late check-in time cna be cosidered as a minus, and also the security deposit.

Great stay, will go again

The property was spacious and clean. It was about a 10 minute walk (downhill) through old town to the beach. Air con was in the lounge, it had two big bedrooms, lounge/diner and decent sized kitchen too. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The underground car park was a little bit on a conundrum trying to park the car 😨

The location of the apartment was good, the receptionist was very helpful,

on arrival to the apartment having 3 teenagers there was no Wifi as to many in the apartment was logged in and the showers only had cold water.

Ok for a few days in Benidorm.

Big, spacious room with good amenities. Even though lacked basic things like hairdryer, ironing board.

Throughout the stay, our towels weren’t changed and toilet paper was not replenished. Other guests were inconsiderate and noisy throughout the stay; here the staff were non-existent.

Special occasion ruined!

The property is in a good location. The apartment was clean and roomy!

The majority of the apartments are let to stag and hen parties. At 4-5 o’clock in the morning they returned, shouting screaming swearing. This happened on all three nights we were there! My wife suffers from anxiety and this was the worst 3 nights we have ever encountered in our travels. There was no mention of this in the Booking.com accommodation guide.I was most disappointed and angry with this accommodation, which totally ruined the special occasion of my wife’s birthday.

We were allowed to check-in early to the two aparttments that we had booked and since we were last there last time both apartments had been modernised and upgraded, there were only four of us in each apartment so we each had a bedroom and the use of either bathroom, if you want to stay in the old town and are not bothered about a pool or a bar this is a place that i would highly recommend

Fab!

The apartments are in a fab location right next to the old town. The main strip/ indoor market and new town are just a short walk away around 15 minutes depending on the route. The beach and marina is 5 mins walk and levante beach 5 mins if you find the back street route. The apartments are a big size and are being renovated. so depends on the room on how modern. Good showering facilities with a powerful shower. Free Wi-fi but can lack connection BUT like anywhere- we was a family of 6 with both kids having Ipads aswell so it is alot of connection at once. Sun on our balcony from 9am- 6pm!! My mum has COPD and managed the walks daily as one route has a steep hill but there are other routes that avoids the hill and slowly inclines. Taxi down to strip is around 6-7 euro so cheap enough if you did not want to do the walk- towards the end my mum did this. For reference on distance as just 2 30 yr old adults we walked from the McDonald's on levante beach back to apartment and it took us 25 minutes. Overall- fab stay and would stay here again without the kids. We normally do hotel all inclusive stays, So my kids love a pool so if your kids are happy at the beach then its perfect.

Shower takes about 10 minutes to get warm.
