Location great. Right across the road from the beach. Quieter part of Benidorm but suited us well. Plenty of restaurants very close.
Lack of information about getting a mobility scooter for my sister. No taking the scooter inside the building which is fine but they didn’t say they had a garage attached so that you could charge it nightly. Found out everything in a few days though.

Location is excellent.Fantastic view,from the 15th floor.Apartment had a huge Balcony.Lifts were easy to use.Apartment was large with separate bedroom. Large wardrobe.Bright and very clean.Handy utility room for washing clothes.Water heater and clothes drier supplied.Shower pressure excellent.Bathroom good.Plates,cookware and cutlery good.Cooker clean.Furniture in lounge adequate.
No WiFi in room,only in the reception.No aircon,will be very hot in the summer.Bed frames very poor quality.Mattresses were ok.bedding ok,pillows poor.No mirror in lounge.TV too small.Kitchen units required attention.Balcony chairs poor. could do with cushions for chairs.
